Tolle Lage und videos für contacless-checkin bekommen

Die tasten für das pin feld außen sind bei kalten wetter nicht einfach zu drücken und die tasten für das timer sind recht klein

Sauberkeit (Fußboden war mit Krümeln übersät. Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab und flutete das Badezimmer

Excellent for people working at the exhibition centre.

The location was perfect for the Messe Exhibition Centre. It is also only 7 mins walk to Messe West Train station and a large shopping centre with several restaurants, cafes, a food court and clothing/shoe shops. Good hot shower and comfortable bed. Nice touch to offer free coffee making facilities.

For the price paid it was perfect, I dont have a complaint.

Pleasant stay, can be better:)

Clean and feels like a new place. About 5min walk from the train station and nearby a big mall with many food choices and shopping options. From Munchen HBF also easy to come, just need to take the train about 20min ride. Room was well maintained and very comfortable. Comes with shutter at the balcony which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Mini kitchen corner with kitchen items(bowls,pots,cutleries) really helps us when we needed to fill our tummy with instant foods at late night. Toilet also very spacious and clean, come with hair dryer. Area was quiet, appreciate it so much as its peaceful to sleep. Communication was also great, the person in charge is very responsive when I messaged. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

No bidet, find it abit uncomfortable as I am used to using bidet to clean. Requested for a double bed as we are a couple, but got 2 single beds combined together which was a little disappointing. Not so comfortable.

Do not recommend - very untiday and uncomfortable

Manager helped to solve the problem with a door.

Very small and uncomfortable room, problem with the parking, very untidy room (a lot of dust and hair everywhere, finger marks on the furniture). Check in time is from 2 pm and check out is 9 am, so the housekeeper have 5 hours to clean the room, but when we moved in, the room was dirty and unhygienic. The manager of the hotel was arogant and impolite, when we were talking on phone.

Comfy room felt safe ones I was in the room but did not like the communal areas.

Room facilities fit for purpose, comfy bed and evrething was working. Nice bathroom with great water pressure and good lighting. Loved the electric shutters made me feel safe. Communications where very good. Reasonably priced, location ideal for purpose. I would stay in room 74 again.

Communal area like entrance hall and lift where smelly, cigarette smell and butts dominated. On the weekend a lot of food and drinks bottles rubbish strewn around in the foyer and lift. Fire doors in the hall ways very noisy closing, can wake you up. For a female traveller can be an unsettling environment due to mainly male residents.

Location is perfect for Messe

The number locks are and codes are always something you have to remember and if you forget you are doomed. So take care to write those and keep as you have 2 places where you need to use it

The location is very good, and connectivity to Munich, Ismaning, airport is excellent. Good value for money for the property.

Great location and good value for money

Friendly communication with the apartment manager and readiness for early check-in. Very clean kitchenette, toilet and shower. When lucky, the chance to get a free street parking right in front of the building. Good location, close to shopping centre, underground station, motorway. Quite location. Beautiful garden view from the balcony. Self check-in.

Bedlinen and the glass of the balcony door could have been cleaner, this however did not make staying at this hotel apartment unpleasant, it's just a suggestion for little improvement. The same applies for the water getting stuck in the bathroom sink and the shower. Missing bedside table on one side of the bed and very little storage space. Locker/Safe in the room unavailable.

Everything is good. If I come one more time to Germany I would prefer to stay here only.

Suitable for two persons only, if you are used to small place

Good location at Riem-Arcaden with good accessibility to Munich center. OK for the currently reduced price.

The apartment is for two person relatively small, as the double bed takes the whole space. There is also no real table available, only very small, round table for the balcony and a "book shelf" in the kitchen. Cleanliness can be argued, as in our case the floor was partially dusty and fridge not clean (freezer full of ice with broken beer bottle inside). Free parking is hard to get, the parking in parking house over night costs 17 EUR plus any additional hours.
