This home is a spectacular getaway with walls of windows in the living room, dining area, master bedroom and master bathroom. The house was updated in 2020.
You’re already at the beach before your toes hit the sand! The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, private deck, attached private bathroom, garden tub, double vanity, walk-in shower and sweeping beachfront views.
The cozy king guest bedroom has a Smart TV, chest of drawers and shared full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
The new bunk room has 2 exceptional built-in queen beds with USB outlets, individual reading lights and device cubbies. They're spacious enough for adults and a fun hideaway for kids! The room has a Smart TV and dresser.

Stunning views, and OH the crashing waves …So therapeutic! Right on the beach with great fishing & crabbing - literally just steps away! We brought & set up our chairs, horseshoes & cornhole on the bottom level - there is plenty of room! Do bring your own beach chairs if you want to hang out and grill & play on the bottom level. Our stay was 10/10 awesome, from start to finish. Katie was so helpful & accessible. Home was VERY clean, cozy, and had the most comfortable beds & linens ! We are a tall family - all beds were awesome and the bunks accommodated our sons who are both over 6ft comfortably! Plenty of parking as well. All the essentials were on hand … towels - don’t bring any - several bath & beach towels on hand as well as full-size Washer/Dryer, Charcoal grill, cookware, & coffee maker ! Also, plenty of beach toys and lots of boogie boards- literally a stack of them! Everything we needed & more. We look forward to visiting again. Thanks again, Katie, for sharing your beautiful home!

It was so great staying right on the beach. Especially for my parents who do not get around easily, they got to enjoy the beach from the comforts of home. House was very comfortable and very well stocked. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our family’s first ever Vrbo and it was a great experience! This property was perfect and beautiful in an amazing location! We have a 4 sons and this was a great spot. Swimming and crabing for the littles/mom and fishing for the older boys/dad! I highly recommend! The house was a good size with plenty of room for everyone. I don’t have another rental to compare it to but it’s was great and I’d definitely rent it again!

This house was amazing and had everything you could want in a vacation home.
The location was perfect and right on the beach. The two younger kids loved being able to walk right onto the beach. We were able to set all of our umbrellas and ice chests out before the massive July 4th crowds showed up.
The decks were perfect to listen to the ocean and watch the sunsets. Got to see a couple of big storms roll in as well.
This spot is perfect for fishing, but unfortunately they weren’t biting for anyone. I’ve seen videos of people catching massive Reds and Specs here.
The inside of the house was very spacious. The beds were some of the best we have ever slept in. The AC was always cold and everything worked great.
We went on July 4th weekend which brought record crowds. It got so bad that a few of the beaches on Galveston Island were closed.
The location of the house at the end of the block made it a prime location for people to enter and exit the beach from under the house. When we arrived we literally had 20 people sitting on the downstairs deck and blocking the drive way. It was a constant flow of people to and from the beach. Luckily this only lasted for 3 days of our trip. Reading the reviews this was not a normal occurrence.
Can’t wait to book again during the off-season with less people.

This property is true to pictures and descriptions. We had issues with the lights outside by the pool, but the hosts were prompt in responding and had someone out the next day to look (and fix) them. The 2nd floor does get warm but that was explained to us and it was recommended that we try to not open the outside doors a lot to keep the temp down. Hard to do with kids though. The only other issue we had was that we did see 2 roaches.
The pool was definitely an oasis and the best part of our stay. We used the pool everyday! The check out process was super easy and convenient. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

The house was everything we expected and more. Also, we had several questions when we first arrived and Katie was very responsive in taking care of us.
We enjoyed the kitchen, huge windows with 180 degree views of the shoreline, great A/C, ceiling fans, and comfy beds. There was really good broadband internet and smart TVs for relaxing on the couch at night.
Great experience all around. We’ll be coming back for sure!

We had an amazing experience staying in the house, it was everything as described. The owner was very accommodating and even helped plan outings. Perfect vacation spot
Loved the home, view, remoteness and beach access. Got provisions from HEB for breakfast and lunches. Spent time on the beach and on the porch. The house is so close to the water sitting on the porch was just as good. Afternoons we reserved for going into Galveston to check out some museums and eat dinner. The house is very nice and has everything you need. Took our dogs they had the best time chasing crabs and had a nice porch to get clean and dry before going inside. The bath tub and view is also a very nice aspect. Highly recommended vacation rental!!! We will be back.

Best location in Freeport/Galveston Area
PERFECT location. Directly on the beach at the neighborhood access point. You can spend an entire trip literally being only at the house or the beach- no need to walk on a sidewalk, street, or dune overpass- you're already there! Great patio. Spotless interior. Well stocked. Perfect for our family of 5. The single level worked great. All meals were eaten on the patio overlooking the beach and water. This is our favorite beach area for kids up and down the Freeport/Galveston coast. The shallow tide pool area on the east end of the beach is a lot of fun to explore with safe, shallow waters teeming with fish, crabs, etc.
We're already looking at the calendar to figure out when we can re-book! Looking forward to it!

Perfect Beach House!
Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great time! The house is so close to the water that we were able to play on the beach and then duck back in just before another round of showers. The house is very comfortable and the king beds are wonderful. It’s well stocked with almost everything one could need. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely be back!

I brought my wife and daughter to this beach house with hopes of easy beach access, relaxation, and minimal interaction with other folks. We were blown away! Perfect Location for a family beach trip
Absolutely the most perfect location for a beach house. Right on the beach with the best views of the sunrise and sunset. Don’t even have to go to the beach really if you don’t want to, just lounge on the deck and you get the sound of the waves and the beautiful views of the beach. Check in process was smooth, everything was as advertised and made for the perfect family vacation. It was so convenient to walk 5 steps to our spot on the beach and let the kids play! From our balcony we saw a pod of dolphins playing and jumping all morning one day! It was magical!

Amazing March Vacation!
We have stayed at many VRBO rentals in the Galveston area, and this one is at the top of our list! House has everything we needed, super close to the beach, so it was never a problem to run up and grab things we forgot. Beds were comfortable, and my kids loved the queen size bunk beds! Plenty of dishes, towels, and everything worked wonderfully! We will be back!

Amazing End of 2020 Stay!
Location, location, location! My family (including 2 young kids) stayed in this amazing home between Xmas and NYE. We’ve rented many beach houses and this tops the list as our favorite! The house is impeccably decorated and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets and lots of quality family time. AMAZING VIEW
This house was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our home cooked meals. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The view of the ocean from inside the house was just as beautiful as it was sitting outside on the deck. Literally steps to the water!! We will DEFINITELY be renting this house again. Truly a 5 Star house!

We had such a great time this weekend. The house is right on the beach. It was a very low key and not crowded location. Our kids found seashells, boogie boarded and built sand castles all day. What a great property. The owners are super helpful.

Our Special Place
This was our second time to stay at this house, and once again, it did not disappoint! My granddaughter and I call it "Our Special Place" because she loves the beach and never wants to go home. The house is so comfortable and everything you need is there. With the house being right on the beach, it is so convenient. Clean and quiet beach ... just families. We'll be back again!!!!

The house itself was perfect for our family of six...very welcoming, clean, and spacious, with charming decor and a fantastic book collection! Games too!
We can't speak well enough of the view! Right on the beach! The deck was well maintained, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or the stars, and keeping an eye on the kiddos playing on the beach. Though somewhat crowded in the afternoon, the beach was very clean and provided lots of sea treasures...our oldest found a perfect whole sand dollar!

Perfect beach vacation!
Our family rented this house for a week and we had a fantastic time! The house was recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I didn’t have to bring anything. It is located right on the beach. It has a spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean. There are many outdoor chairs for lounging. All communications with the owner were positive and she is very responsive to inquiries. I would recommend bringing or renting a golf cart. We brought ours and really enjoyed driving along the beach. We also brought kayaks. The beach has a gentle slope and it is great for water activities. We will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful spot right on the beach
This property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view is amazing - full view of the ocean from several rooms/decks. We were able to bring the whole family - including our fur baby, and we had plenty of room. We only had one glitch (lack of internet), but that was solved quickly by our hostess. Claire is great at getting any issues resolved very quickly. Our deposit was refunded within a couple of weeks, too. Overall, it was a great place to kick back and relax. Miss the sound of the surf already.,,,

Ideal Vacation for Families
We took our 3 month old and 4 year old on their first beach trip. The house was great, right on the beach. We were able to fish, build sand castles, and leave our tent on the beach with no issues. We did have a small issue on the last night but the owner moved mountains to make sure we were ok. Great owners to deal with from start to finish! I have already recommended this place to 3 friends. We’d go back in a heart beat.

Much needed vacation
The home is lovely and right on the beach. We spent as much time in the home as we did on the beach. They had everything covered ... including beach chairs and boogie boards.
