Whether it’s a morning soak or a night under the stars, our hot tub is the perfect way to enhance your beach getaway. Gardner's Eden is located just off of 30-A in Old Seagrove Beach. Gardner's Eden is a family-owned and operated house located just off of 30-A in Old Seagrove Beach. Situated about 120 yards from the beach, you can easily walk down to the water or to Seaside (literally 10-15 yards away). It is situated on a private, dead-end street with no through traffic. The house is 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. The unbeatable location provides quick and easy access to the state park, local restaurants, shopping, and the neighboring communities (Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor), yet provides an escape away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

Gardner's Eden has an open floor plan, perfect for families or enjoying the company of friends. The large living and dining area flows into the well equipped kitchen. One of the first floor bedrooms contains a king bed, the other first floor bedroom contains two twin beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor.

French doors from the master bedroom open to a balcony which offers a spectacular view of Seaside. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor Crow's Nest, the perfect spot for enjoying the panoramic views of the Gulf and Seaside. The downstairs porches and decks offer plenty of outdoor space and ways to relax, whether it is cooking dinner on the grill, sitting on the porch swing or enjoying the outdoor shower. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ANY POOL FACILITIES WITH GARDNER'S EDEN. There is a front door security camera.

-Great location to beach and town. Two blocks. -Homey and welcoming. -Upon arrival, were told we could not use hot tub (but it was shown in pic when choosing property). -Quiet - Were told rental included one bike on property but tires were flat upon arrival. Could not be used. -Beach chair/umbrella rental info and bike rental info provided by property manager. Very helpful. - Fireplace use not allowed. - Asked for a late check out but never heard back. -Property needs a bit of TLC.

We were so happy with this property and the full experience of staying there. Ellen was amazing - great communication, super helpful and very accommodating. We had no issues whatsoever. It was very clean (sheets and towels were fresh and smelled clean - a rare thing with most others we've stayed in!). It really was perfect and while one street over from Seaside proper, it was perfect as the street was more quiet, less foot and car traffic and super close to the beach access. We really had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The only small suggestion we'd have is that the cleaners pay a little attention to dusting the shelves and knick knacks... usable and common surfaces on the other hand, were spotless. Everything was great. THANK YOU!!!

My husband and I stayed at Gardener’s Eden for a week with our two kids (2.5 and 4.5). The house was better than described - perfect layout and space for our family to spend time away from the sun, well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms. Ellen was proactive and communicative, gave fantastic recommendations for bike and chair rentals. The location is PERFECT! My husband and I were so sad to leave that we checked availability to see if we could stay a few extra days. We will be back!

House was clean, in good location. About 200 yard walk to get to beach. We brought bikes, but could have gotten away without needing bikes. Walking distance from seaside shopping area (about a quarter mile). Kids and parents all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach and house.

Such a great place to be to ring in the new year. This house is located off of the beaten path. Very quiet and peaceful. Just a few blocks from the town center. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend this property!

House is high quality, lovely, and very clean. Perfectly relaxing for our family of five. Sits on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the public access beach. Just a pleasant walk or quick bike ride to Seaside. Water is crystal clear and sand is so soft. Chair & umbrella setup and bike rental was essential. Could not have found a better house for our first trip to the emerald coast.

Location, size and cleanliness were perfect. When you are at the house you feel secluded, but you are only steps from all the action. Beach chair service recommended was awesome. Will definitely come again.

103 Cypress was a fun little spot for our family vacay. Perfect house for our family of 4 teens and 2 adults. Peaceful street with no vehicle traffic. Just the right distance from 30A traffic and noise. Short walk to the beach and perfect distance to all the food options. I would recommend this property to any of our friends and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful and just as pictured. Nice having 3 full baths. We enjoyed the crows nest balcony several evenings and mornings. The beach entrance is only a few minutes walk. We used the chair rental guy suggested by the owner and had front row seats every day. Central Seaside is just a few minutes away. That was awesome. We only used our car a few times. We highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our week at Gardner’s Eden. We had 6 adults on our visit; two parents, two daughters and two sons in law. Our only issue was the 4 houses under construction all around us. They started work promptly at 7 am on weekdays. Beach was nearby and not too crowded in mid May. Enjoyed visiting Seaside, which is practically next door. Loved all the porches and ate outside when we dined at home. Doors are tricky to lock until you figure out how the locks and door levers work. It was our second stay there and we had a great visit.
