Purple hearts, magnolias, and maples greet you at the elegant multi-level home on Forest Street. Gentle breezes abound in this whimsical home, with beach cottage-themed living spaces throughout. Arrive and park in private parking, then head towards a furnished porch near the entry, then enter the living area, which is bright, spacious, and nautically inspired. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the perfect space to prepare meals, have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and a great place to entertain. Just off the dining area and rear deck is a bonus guest living area with a double sleeper sofa, great floor-to-ceiling windows, and a flat-screen TV across from the guest full bath. An open deck off of the kitchen and den features several Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining for relaxing in Florida’s magical night air.

Biked everywhere, didn’t need the car or even a golf cart- made navigating seaside so much easier! 3 min bike ride to the town square- perfect! Cherry on Top was a wonderful place to stay for our weeklong Seaside trip this year. Quality throughout the house and located close to the West pool and everything else. Kids loved the outdoor shower and the top floor "storm room" where we were able to witness some beautiful lightning / thunder storms. Great cottage and we would certainly stay here again.

Easy access to playground, pools and short walk to beach (was much closer than we thought). Loved having a couple bikes, toiletries and hair dryers, washer/dryer all came in handy. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect for 2 families with overflow to the pullout couches.

Great location!
Our family loved this property and will be back. It works well for a family with teens or adult kids that can share a room. If it’s your first time visiting Seaside here are a few tips:
- Book your beach set up with cabana man as soon as you book your house; West Ruskin entrance
- Book your extra bikes are the same time; it’s the only means of transportation you will need (which we loved!!)
- Use the concierge service to have a grocery delivery waiting for you (make sure you get the basics like oil, salt and pepper too). This was awesome!
- You do not need a car here if you decide to fly. Book the transportation service out of Pensacola.
- Bring beach towels and a small cooler
This is the best family vacation we have taken! Beautiful water and some great food all within biking distance!

I chose Cherry on Too for all the porches, multiple seating areas, inside outside spaces, and great bedroom sleeping space. The property was amazing! Everything in the kitchen is labeled so it goes back in the right place after use! My OCD loved this! The washer and dryer upstairs was also very convenient and a plus. Our upstairs A/c went out and it was fixed before early evening! Great time! �� Perfect weather! Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed our stay at cherry on top. Great location. Well organized kitchen, although small, it was adequate for vacation meals. Very nice outdoor spaces. Was bummed there was no bathtub and the master shares a bathroom with the other rooms. Showers for little ones is a bit difficult. Needs more towels for the number of people allowed to stay. My husband and I were constantly sharing a towel despite washing every day. Make sure you take advantage of volleyball and park with the kids. They keep balls at the park for people to use. One of our favorite parts about Seaside.

Fine place, but overpriced on 4th of July
Cherry on Top is maybe a 10-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes from Seaside town center. The place is unremarkable, nice but a bit worn, really. Very odd floorplan on the 2nd floor with two large bedrooms including the master but only one shared bathroom (what is that about?). Amenities are limited (soap, toilet paper, et cetera), and the place is not particularly good value for the price we paid ($6,000+ for 4th of July week).

ABSOLUTELY LOVE SEASIDE! It's our new go-to vacation location. Cherry On Top was everything I hoped it would be and more. Beautiful house, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable, all the creature comforts of home and more! Greeted within 3 minutes of our arrival by helpful and professional staff member bearing beach bag filled with towels and wine. Can't wait to return!!
