Die Lage des Hotels

Wir hatten über Booking.com ein Zimmer mit einem französischen Doppelbett gebucht, dafür 10€ mehr bezahlt, wie für ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten … wir haben wieder ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten erhalten. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal bekamen wir zur Antwort, dass die Buchung über Booking.com automatisch eingepflegt wird und nicht darauf geachtet wird, welche Art von Zimmer gebucht wurde … Die Kopfkissen waren eine Katastrophe, Matratzen waren okay

There was a beeping noise all night ! The hallways echo and you can hear everything. The shower water was cold and then very hot. I want a refund!

next to noisy church, room was ok

room was fine, with very recently renovated kitchen, probably not even used

the church across the street is quite loud, ringing every 15 minutes from 7am to 10pm

Eine Nacht hat gereicht

Das Zimmer war ok. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Die Hitze in den oberen Etagen war unerträglich im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage. Die Dusche war ordentlich verschimmelt in den Fugen und der Duschkabinenwand. Auf dem Balkon waren die Stühle schon sehr kaputt. Sehr hellhörig. Da haben wir für weit weinger Geld schon besser übernachtet. Schade

Location and staff.

there was a cockroach on the table. The price for one night was 141.45 euro and it is too much for this room. Wi-Fi was too weak, could not use it properly.

The price for 7 nights was reasonable

The staff was helpful and kind. Location is good, 5 min. walk to the U-Bahn station. The price for 7 nights was reasonable.

When we arrived we had to ask for many things missing in the room, for example, electric kettle, hair dryer, mugs, even toilet paper, which was very unpleasant. And usage of the same towels for 7 days and cleaning after 7 days of stay is beyond our understanding.

Nicht mal mehr für eine Nacht würden wir dort hingehen.

Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Stuhlgang Spuren im WC und Haare in der Dusche und am Boden. Balkon war voll mit Laub und Stöcken. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind katastrophal da kommt man höchstens mit einem Smart problemlos rein. Es riecht überall sehr unangenehm.

definitiv empfehlenswert wenn auch mit Abstrichen

gute Lage (fußläufig zur BMW-Welt/Olympiahalle), einfach aber sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, alles da was man sonst bei einem Appartment erwartet, im Eingangsbereich ausreichend Getränke und Knabbersachen aus dem Automaten vorhanden, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Aufzug vorhanden, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Münchner Innenstadt

Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug der doch recht laut ist, ein einziges Fenster im ganzen Appartment, dadurch der Rest mit Lüftungsanlage die sehr laut ist

Nichts

Das Zimmer hat nach Nikotin gestunken und es war alles kaputt und verschimmelt. Es ist eine Monteurshaus und kein Serviced Apartment.

Fijn verblijf redelijk vlakbij het centrum

Mooie ruime kamer, met fijn balkon. Locatie ook prima, goed te doen om in het centrum te komen. Genoeg nodige winkels om de hoek.

Gutes Zimmer mit Küche

Bett war bequem, Zimmer war sauber, Küche ganz neu, Bad und Gebäude insgesamt eher in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen. Es gab Kochgeschirr, Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher. Im Foyer gibt es Bier- und Snack Automat, UBahn ist 8 Min zu Fuß entfernt, gute Lokale und Bäcker in der Nähe.

Leider wurde vor dem Haus und auf den Balkonen viel geraucht, daher war draußen sitzen und lüften kaum möglich und das ankommen/ verlassen des Hotels unangenehm
