Not what we expected

Good room size , waterslides great for kids ( but the water is freezing) in all pools. Wide variety of food and drinks and great location - 10 min. away from all the boardwalk action.

Started well on booking.com with a very lovely and helpfull representative to landing and arriving to a very cold and unfriendly staff- seems like smiling and being nice cost money at Tiara beach - everyone seem like they don't enjoy their job and have no idea in giving good costumer service. A.C doesnt work well in all rooms - showers clugged with hairs - we were 16 family members which all had issues with the rooms we recieved first night - one room had an open bottle of beer and water in the fridge - sheets not clean and t.v not working -3 rooms with horrible to no a.c - broken shower head (oooo what a deal they had with this one, but thats for them to share on thier review - really ridiculous and shocking the night we went through with all the issues and really no compassion or compensation for the horrible first night we endured and no responsibility or understadment by the staff when approaching them.. Really the whole vibe and atmosphere from the staff messed our vacation and had me waste alot of time and energy - while supposed to be relaxing and enjoying. Unfortunately wont be our next choice if ever arrive to sunny beach again. Wish I had a different experience 🌸 P.s must work on cleaning the hotel toilets - all need attention at all times.

The best hotel we have been to in Sunnybeach

We have already visited 5 different all inclusive hotel at Sunny Beach, but this one was the best. The food was tasty, and every day it was different. At the balcony of the restaurant we could eat fresh made grill food for lunch and dinner, and omlett and pancake for breakfast. For every dinner we had several types of cheese, salads, and cakes. We always had one dish from pork, beef, fish and chicken. In the afternoon we could eat hot dog, waffles and grill food with salad. There were several types of cocktails included in the all inclusive package. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design. The pool is very big but a bit cold. We could always find free sunbeds around the pool. We could also use the pool inside. The beach is close, you only have to cross the dunes (about 5 minute walk). The animation program for kids and adults was great, including many kind of sport activities and night shows.

TO MANY PEOPLE SMOKE CIGARETTES IN LOUNGE AREA AND ODOUR WAS EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN DINIER INSIDE OF BUILDING DURRING LUNCH OR DINNER , ALSO MANY GUESTS SMOKE ON EMERGENCY STAIRS LETTING CIGARETTE SMOKE IN TO THE BUILDING AND ROOMS.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The food was great- diverse for all the tastes, fresh and tasty. The personnel friendly, a pleasure to interact with any of them.

Too bad the sea view room didn’t get too much view because of the sand dunes in front of the hotel.

Everything was at a higher level than we expected. The rooms were cleaned everyday(if you wanted to), the staff was amazing and very kind and the food was more than enough. They had breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, a late breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00, lunch started at 12:00 and ended at 14:30, than you could enjoy a snack from 14:30 to 17:00 and dinner started at 18:00. Basically you had food during the entire day and not only did it vary from day to day or from meal to meal, it was also very,very good. Shout out to Vladi,Niko and the rest of the entertainment team for making our stay there even more beautiful. They made sure that everyone had a good time and did a great job entertaining us with games,dances,shows and so on. We will sure return to this hotel.

Big swimming pools, water slides.

Cleanliness, variety of food was very poor. Our room was never vacuumed in 7 nights. Only towels were changed.

It was a great vacation. A good value for money. The food was good overall, varied and tasty. The staff friendly and helpful.

The glasses in the cafeteria were dirty and smelly. The wine very bad and the alcoholic drinks as well.

It has everything you might think of.

It’s a very small inconvenience but it has it s plus - you move a little, the sand dunes in front of the hotel. It’s an easy access to the beach but they affect the sea view from the balcony.

(-) no constant music at the pool, bars... very strange atmosphere, because most of the time the only sounds you hear are from the cutlery and from the kids.

Good location, close to the beach. Spacious room (we had a suite) with two bathrooms and nice sea view. Good variety of food in the restaurant and even better variety of drinks and cocktails at the bars. Nice pools with waterslides and dedicated children area. Animation staff fluent in common languages, including Polish.

Aircon not efficient enough, restaurant and common spaces have no aircon at all, so it was hard to comfortably have a meal at the restaurant. Terrace was no option as smoking was allowed there. Parking too small for a hotel this size (but the parking service somehow managed to squeeze all cars in there). Sunbeds being reserved with towels even before 8 AM and the personnel doesn't react despite signs that it's not allowed before 10 AM.

very good service in the reception. perfect location away from party life and close to the beach

why can’t those in the restaurant and bar never smile? For me they seemed a little rude The pathway to the beach had really bad maintenance

The hotel was really clean and the location is great

The food was simply not enough for all guests and it feels like school lunch.You get all bad quality cheap food and drinks. Next time I won't be booking all inclusive at this place as it's simply not worth it. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area
