Nice family hotel

Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The atmosphere in hotel is very familiar. Place was very clean and very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equiped, nice view to the sea from balcony. We enjoyed also the swimming pool which was clean and warm. Location in centre is fine althought it might be noisy for someone, cause there is music in the night.

We were disappointed of the breakfast. It was very poor. If you didnt order egg omelete, you got just a plate of few cheese, one kind of ham, butter, honey and some bread. That is pretty expensive for 20 BGN per person. There was no sweet pastry, yoghurts, musli, fruits or fresh juices, just some coloured water...

It was good but it’s a 3* so it’s what we expected

The location was very good we liked the pool even though it was always freezing we liked the design of the hotel. It’s hard for us to say it was excellent because we stayed in a 5 star hotel last time we come but the hotel gallery is nearly up there it should definitely be a 4 star we also liked how it was just in the heart of everything nothing more than a 4 min walk to what u want to buy and we also loved having the balcony in our room which over looked the fair and also the light in the room we didn’t realise it changed different colours but all In all it was a good stay

The pool if it was kept at a higher temperature would be better also would have liked a bit more of a menu and it to be presented better and also we felt quite uncomfortable with some of the staff around the hotel the wifi was pretty bad up in the rooms which should maybe be sorted we also found food at the side of the pool and also food in the pool floating around which didn’t cast the attention of any staff and also birds are in the pool a lot.

Great value especially for it's location, very friendly staff, great amenities - clean pool! We loved the breakfast and food at the restaurant/bar.

Our rooms sink was pretty clogged, and the shower had questionable water pressure.

Good value for money and best hotel in Sunny Beach!!

Location was spot on, literally step out and your in the middle of it all! Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were exceptional, rooms were huge and beds were very comfortable. Views from the balcony out to the pool and sea/beach were beautiful! Pool was beautiful, very cold due to the rain the previous week but perfect to cool down in. Balcony was huge in the room. Beach was so close and perfect to just step out onto. Definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for somewhere cheap to stay in sunny beach and for somewhere with a fresh look, as a lot of the hotels are very dated.

Food wasn't that great. We stayed in 1 night and ordered spagbol and carbonara, the carbonara was far to heavy and filled with cream, best to do it the either on a winter menu or the Italian style using egg rather than cream. The spagbol had far too much pasta and not enough sauce so came out very dry, would suggest adding a bit of the pasta water to the dish to make it a lot more juicier. We had to remove some of the pasta and then it was quite tastey however you could tell the pasta had been cooked for a while and therefore became sticky and cold, needs to be served as soon as its came out the water to get that perfect juicy traditional spagbol. Also, it wasn't really a service, didn't really tend to have waiters, the chef was the one that came out to serve us at the beginning. Apart from that with the food, the hotel was exceptional, we loved every minute of it, if your looking for something to eat just nip out onto the strip. Also bare in mind the fair is literally on your doorstep so it does get loud coming into the night, the music can be heard for miles so be aware if you are looking for somewhere to rest.

It was surviving Sunny beach

There was a free parking space.

The lock for the room was broken, and my luggage stayed in the room. I waited 40 min. repairman to come and fix the door. He didn't manage to do it so I was moved in smaller room with no hot water and stains over the bed sheets. The restaurant is not open so you need to go somewhere else to eat.

Fair rooms in a great location!

Great location, right few steps away from the beachfront promenade and the center of Sunny Beach! The staff is so friendly and very much looking to please you, even the overall conditions of the hotel are way less competitive than in the neighborhood. Flexible check-out was a very nice surprise!

The hotel doesn't have a proper entrance or a nice (fresh) room-design. (Almost everything looks outdated.)

Pretty good

I liked very much the hospitality of the staff I liked the location , with sea view is fantastic and also they have a nice pool zone .

I didn’t like that they run out of warm water in the evenings . And also I didn’t enjoy that the towels were with dirty stains on them .

The right place for accommodation in the heart of Sunny beach.

Hotel is located very close to the beach and the amusement park (no problem with the noise if you close the windows when you sleep). The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. After the check-out, they allowed us to use the pool and the parking.

The parking area was small and cramped (but the staff was there for help).
