Hotel satisfatório tem potencial para muito mais!

DICA Pagamento: prefira pagar em dólar, para não pagar o imposto de 19%. Isto aparece na descrição das políticas da acomodação de forma clara. Mobilidade: o hotel conta com elevadores. Localização: a localização é boa, bem próximo ao Costanera Center, alguns restaurantes e também uma OXXO que ajuda muito para comprar itens essenciais. Limpeza: Era feita todos os dias pelos funcionários.

Para dar mais conforto aos hóspedes, o hotel precisa investir em frigobares nos quartos. Limpeza: o hotel no geral é bem limpo, mas alguns detalhes faltam como por exemplo embaixo da cama estava sujo e cheio de sujeira, pó, poeira, etc. Tive um problema com uma roupa que transferiu a cor para os lençóis do hotel, tive que arcar com os custos disto mesmo não sendo algo intencional. Faz parte da política do hotel. Então, atenção as roupas. Hotel precisa melhorar o isolamento acústico dos quartos.

Cuando llegue al Check In, estaban comiendo el personal y pasado a pescado toda la recepción Horrible, y se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle en las habitaciones, además, el estacionamiento malisimo, había que mover 1 vehículo para entrar o salir otro.

.- La amabilidad del personal. Siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento.

La luz de la habitación es muy fuerte. No da la opción de prender solamente los focos pequeños. Lo otro, “la vista “ es una pequeña ventana a un patio trasero.

Decepcionada

Reserve una suite con cama doble extragrande y en su lugar me dieron una con dos camas de una plaza y una cama de dos plazas. Para ser suite y el precio un poco costoso para una noche tenía un baño minúsculo entraba a la ducha casi golpeándome, un lavabo del baño sin nada donde poder poner mis cosas. Me quede dormida hasta las 12:00 y de la recepción me llamaron que debía irme ya o sino pagar otra noche. Nunca me indicaron a qué hora era el check out en el momento del ingreso. Encargado de gerencia totalmente despota y al reclamarle por no cumplir con lo indicado en la reserva y negarme a pagar un cobro extra por la salida 30min más tarde me amenazo con llama a Carabineros. Terrible experiencia. Jamás volveré a arrendar aquí.

worth the money, helpful, and amazing location .

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was and the owner as well, the room are really comfortable and breakfast was really good ! I will miss the cappuccino with vanilla in the morning !

This is a motel, not a hotel.

I liked the fact it was very, very clean and they had many towels at diaposal. Also they had a hairdryer, which isn't always considered.

The room was MUCH smaller than pictures, it does not match the description at all. Too expensive considering that matter. It was very noisy at night, because they rent rooms per hour, so it really is a motel instead of a hotel.

Rooms are not even close the way the look in the website pictures. Room was super tiny. It barely fit a double bed. At least it was clean.

Very good

The location was great, the hotel is so pretty and clean. The staff is very accommodating. It feels all new and remodeled. Love it!

The bed was a bit hard, and the breakfast was very simple. But other than that, it was all fantastic.

Cute place to stay in good neigbhourhood

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy, offered me extra tea even after breakfast to beat the cold. Location is great.

The room was very tiny. Breakfast room was very cold and not heated.
