Welcome to this pair of TWO 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Homes side by side situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion with State of Art water park and 3 onsite restaurants.

Just refreshed and restocked in January 2019. Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing combined 8580 sqare ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park.

Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home.

On ground floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front entrance doorway), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our Villas can accommodate up to 44 people in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit.

You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home.

The state of art 16,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with exciting water slides – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite restaurant & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with children's activity center if you need to pick up something quickly.

We had a great family reunion! The houses side by side were so convenient. All the amenities are walking distance. Having a bathroom for each bedroom made things so comfortable. House came with a keurig and well stocked kitchen. Shawn was so responsive and accommodating. Had some wifi/plumbing issues. Jeeves resolved them. Sheets were all very clean. It gets a bit warm with so many people. So the standing fans provided in some closets are really helpful.

This was the perfect setting for 18 pairs of moms and sons to stay for a long weekend in Orlando. We were able to get the the parks easily (perhaps a bit more help ahead of time on the shuttle service would have helped us with car rental choices) The property had all the amenities we needed and the bathroom/bedroom ratio is perfect. I wish we had given ourselves more time to enjoy the pools. Iwould recommend this for anyone who is traveling in large groups!

We had a great time! 42 in two houses - enough space for everyone! The ADA first floor bathroom suite was perfect for our 94 year old Abuelo and the pack & plays, cribs for our littles was so helpful! Played in the pools until the Water Park opened at 11, which was fantastic for all of us to enjoy!

This was a wonderful property for a large family reunion. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and loved the resort amenities. The only things that I wish would have been better were stronger internet access, the ability to lower the house temperatures below 72 degrees (it was very hot in the houses at some points), updated furniture (we had problems with older dining room chairs breaking), and more communication about how to check in to the resort. However, none of those things would deter me from renting here again. Our family created some really special memories and I would 10/10 recommend to others!

Everyone enjoyed the stay, advertised 3 kings on lower level only 2 kings 1queen. Handicap bathrooms need grab bars and bench. The problems we encountered were quickly resolved. Had a great time would visit again.

A clean and spacious rental with private pool was the perfect place for our large family reunion. We had 50 people ages 3-84 in three units. We easily gathered for meals and parties. The private pools were perfect for the kids and adults to be together. Plenty of outdoor seating areas by the pool for morning coffee and evening conversations. Indoor long dining tables and plenty of chairs gave us generous space for meals and games. Being close to Disney parks meant we could come home during the mid afternoon heat to cool off, and then easily return to the park for the evening. Excellent place!

My family enjoyed both houses. The only complaint that we all experienced were too warm in both houses. One of the house rule was that we couldn’t adjust the AC unit below 72’ degrees. I highly recommend that you install ceiling fans in each room. Overall we had a great time.

The property was an excellent choice for our company work retreat-20 adults. The facilities were excellent, the location easy to access and it was a very productive few days without having to be in a more formal hotel environment. IN addition, many staff members thought the properties would be excellent for family holidays if 'Disney' related. The only minor, and very minor criticism would be that a more careful inspection should be done before 'check-in' as there were many lights (bulbs) not functioning. However, this was quickly addressed as well as if there were any other issues, a coffee machine was not working, they were addressed VERY quickly. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. We needed a bigger place to stay as we had family from everywhere joining us for my son's 5th golden birthday. The place was nice as it provided plenty of space and beds for us. We enjoyed our stay very much. We rented both sides. The host was great responding to any issues we had. The pool didn't heat up because of a filter but that was ok because everyone just took turns with the other side of the pool. Shawn definitely is a super host!! Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful home. Perfect for large groups and families. Definitely will be back herr if we can get a large group like this in the future.

We booked these houses to accommodate our large family with a range of ages from 1-50 and it suited our needs. As always there were some issues, mostly minor. Pros: - The houses were very clean! Probably the cleanest rental I've ever booked. - Close to the theme parks, a 10-15 minute drive to get there - The water park in the community was so much fun for everyone - The en suite bathrooms for each room was convenient - Rooms were spacious, had enough sleeping space for everyone, and the layout of the bedrooms was good for families of all sizes to stay close together. - Private pool was great, hot tub too. Pool alarm provided peace of mind with so many little kids running around. Cons: - Wifi and cell phone reception was nearly nonexistent. We were not able to send/receive messages, emails, calls, or complete any tasks on our phones. For this reason, after the first day I was not able to communicate with the owner on issues that arose. It made it difficult to get things done when we needed to. - Traffic in the evening was awful. Would take 45-60 minutes to complete a short drive - I think the first two issues may have to do with the large number of people visiting Orlando during Thanksgiving, but who knows. - One of the houses had a water heater that didn't work well. So it was cold showers for one week. - Our pool heat was shut off mid week. Maintenance said there was an issue, hopefully it was resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

First let me say, the owner, Shawn was an excellent host. I contacted him concerning the storm and he was very informative concerning the property and Orlando. A very pleasant gentleman who answered all of my questions. This property did not disappoint. I could mention a few minor issues, ie normal wear and tear as with any house, but it didn’t detract from the overall appearance of the property. The pictures of the property were spot on, the furniture was of high quality and the location was excellent. Family members praised the fact that you couldn’t tell that others were in the home once in your private room. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the patio to the fullest. There was plenty of equipment in the home for cooking, equipment we didn’t find until the last day because we had brought much of our own. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that I would rent these properties again and again. Thank you Shawn for having us. I got rave reviews from many family members and a memory to last a lifetime.

The property was fair at best. The entrance door handle broke and we were not able to get into the house for three hours which pushed our activities back missing our visit to the waterpark with the children due to the park hours. there were a lot of broken items there and issues that should have gotten taken care of prior to our arrival.

Location was perfect for our large (40 people) reunion. We rented two houses side by side. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark and the adults enjoyed having space to congregate and separate rooms for each family / groups of kids. There were some minor issues but they were resolved quickly - (broken patio door handles, garbage disposal not running). My only suggestion would be to include one extra broom in each home.

What a great time we had! With such a large family, finding accommodations is always difficult (38 ppl). What a blessing to find two homes, side-by-side. The pools at each house were small but plenty enough for the AM dip or PM splash for the kids as there were only maybe 8 kids in the pool at any, one, time (the teens waited to enjoy the pool when the "little" kids were away). We did have to walk out the front door to go between the two homes but that didn't seem to be an issue. (There is no way to move between the houses through the back yard.) The homes were walking distance to the clubhouse and Aqua Park (just about 1 block). Thank goodness, no need to pack the car to drive over. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Aqua Park! We did rent two cabanas since we were such a large group, great decision. Shawn was very responsive to all my questions and the on site management company was easy to reach for any issues (door code didn't work initially as our party arrived at about 3:50pm instead of 4pm, pool pump at one house had a pipe break so was spraying water over to the neighboring home, and the water in 1 shower wouldn't turn off due to a worn gasket). These homes were very well appointed with lots of pool towels, extra blankets, pillows, and cookware. The booking info was up-front about the limited essentials that would be provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. All in all, we had an awesome vacation together and cannot wait to be back!

Overall the property was nice, it was a perfect size for our family, however the outside of the house was not maintained as it should be. The patio/pool furniture was terrible for the 191 Lasso Drive property. There were no useable cushions and much of the furniture was torn or damaged. I reached out to the maintenance company 4 times, but did not get any resolve. I also reached out to the owners including sending him pictures of the moldy torn furniture which was on the side of the property. He promised to get the furniture replaced but that did not happen while we were using this property. We also let the maintenance company know of a lot of cigarettes butts on the ground around both of the houses we rented. Besides these items mentioned here overall we enjoyed our vacation.
