Vistas increibles!

Sin duda, su fuerte son las vistas que tiene. Son increíbles!! La zona donde desayunas, es realmente preciosa. Desayuno muy rico, con bastante variedad de cosas (la parmigiana y los croissant, espectaculares!) Ubicación super buena. Puedes aparcar el coche gratis en el hotel, cosa muy importante porque en Taormina no se puede aparcar y los parkings públicos están lejos. Desde el hotel, subiendo unas escaleras, llegas al centro. Nosotros hicimos el paseo con niña y bebe y no se nos hizo difícil. Buena limpieza.

Nuestra habitación era bastante antigua, pero todo el hotel es así. Muebles rústicos, nada moderno. Pero esto también tiene su encanto.

Завтраки на террасе с красивым видом, хороший номер, можно оставить вещи после выселения, можно попросить полотенца на пляж.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views and great breakfast.

Lovely hotel in great location with fantastic views of the sea and Mount Etna. Room was very comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Although you do have to walk up quite a few steps and a reasonable distance to get the town center, it is a nice walk and we had no problems with it,

Amazing views

Beautiful views. Wonderful breakfast with so many choices and served in an amazing room, the staff serving breakfast was very friendly. The room was little outdated but the views from the room terrace were amazing , a minor detail was the luck of noise insulation on the walls. Parking was a bit challenging. Good location

Hôtel avec une magnifique vue Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre pour 4 en duplex mais sans balcon dommage... Grande salle de bain Proche du centre de taormine et du théâtre antique à pieds Parking c'est top!

Moisissures dans la salle de bain mais problème signalé et pris en charge et nettoyé très rapidement. Pas de balcon

Katastrophale Parkplatzsituation. Personal parkt um. Nach Beschädigung unseres Mietautos keine wirkliche Entschuldigung. Viele Treppenstufen.

Grandioser Aufenthalt in der Suite mit Terrasse

Tolles Lage mit grandiosem Blick, fast jedes Zimmer mit Blick-Balkon, fantastisches Frühstück, ansprechende und großzügige Architektur mit tollen allgemein zugänglichen Terrassen

10min zu Fuß nach Taormina, enge & schwierige Parksituation, aber sofortige Unterstützung vom Hotelpersonal, alles also kein Problem, einzigst der Pool fehlt

Old world charm with amazing views

Charming early 20th century property with amazing views and lots of character. Onsite parking is tight but staff will help to park the car. Breakfast is very good and served in a room with views. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room (24) was very spacious and had access to a huge terrace with sweeping views on the sea all around to Mt Etna.

The bed and pillow were a bit hard for me but my husband slept well.

A localização do hotel e seus jardins nos oferecem vistas deslumbrantes. Muito bonito!

Instalações muito antigas, cheiro de fungo / mofo me deu crise alérgica. O café da manhã tentava oferecer tortas diferentes mas estavam somente razoáveis. Tivemos que manusear bagagens. Precisa renovar, pintar, limpar, trocar muita coisa dentro dos quartos e corredores. As informações de acesso do hotel ao centro podem ser mais claras pois precisamos andar razoavelmente.

Uitzicht en authenticiteit zijn de moeite helemaal waard! Wij hebben hier heel fijn verbleven.

Nice view and amazing balcony

The hotel might have been great at its peak but at the moment is in desperate need of some renovation, the garden unkept, and overall seriously understaffed. The staff pressured us on registration to always keep our car keys on the reception because "there might be need to move the car". If this isn't weird on its own, it was worse to see the reception unmanned at at least twice with all the room keys and car keys just laying there.

Our stay here was good and satisfactory but honestly nothing more. The rooms were clean and comfortable but not spacious or anything special. One hotel staff member was increadibly rude to us when we were checking out and asked him if it was possible for someone to move our car out of he incredibly tight, steep and difficult park they had put us in (parking is a bit challenging here) so we could load up our car and not scratch the Mercedes right behind us. Every other staff member was wonderful apart from him. Overall a pretty average but fine stay :)

Extremely disappointed. Our stay here was average. Location was great but the rooms were small and the service was ok. I would looking for other hotels in the area even if you have to fork out a little extra to do so. Our main complaint is in regard to our checkout. Firstly, the hotel clearly states that the reception is manned 24 hours. When we woke up early to checkout (around 7:30AM), we left our room and went to the checkout where no one was to be found. We were extremely time pressured as we had to make a flight and we needed someone to check us out and help us move our car which had been parked on a sharp incline by one of the hotel staff. It was not until I searched the hotel to find an employee in the dining room. I asked him if he could kindly help us check out. The man immediately started to criticise us for not checking out the day before. This was extremely unprofessional and rude. After the man eventually checked us out, he proceeded to tell us that we needed to move the car ourselves. We made it clear to him that we could not, as we did not park the car ourselves, and were not confident that we would not damage the very expensive looking Bentley behind us. The man did not seem to care. We eventually found someone else to help us and we left feeling extremely disappointed with the treatment we received. After my partner left the hotel a reasoned review on booking.com, the hotel responded by stating that we were wrong and that they were, in no way, at fault. SUCH BAD SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Very sad to give this place a 1 star out of 5 but it is well and truly deserved.

A beautiful cliffside hotel with Sicilian hospitality

Amazing views from the cliffside. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were fantastic.

Although fine for us, the walk to town is quite steep so worth noting.

Excellent hospitality

The location of the hotel is great, main attractions were in 10 minutes walk. We had a breathtaking view from our room. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and you can choose from a great variety of foods.

The best Hotel ever with Etna and Sea Views!

I don't know where to start because our stay at this Hotel was the best time we ever had! The Hotel is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous! Every morning, you can take your breakfast with the sea view and Mama Etna's view. It is a dream and the best thing you can ever see! In the evening, you can stay on your private terrasse, drink a nice bottle of Etna's Wine, and disgust some delicious Sicilian food by appreciating and observing the beautiful view of the sea, Etna, and the stars! The entire Hotel is beautifully decorated. Also, a MASSIVE THANK YOU to every staff at the Hotel because they know how to make your stay the best as possible!

Very warm welcome. We parked at the hotel for free and we walked like 10 mins to the city center, very nice walk through the Villa Comunale park. The hotel is clean, very nice view and good breakfast. The room for the family was big with comfortable beds and nice balcony with amazing view.
