Blisko centrum, miejsce jedynie do przespania się, dla mnie nieprzytulne

lokalizacja

- brak koszy do sortowania śmieci - nie spodziewałam sie, że pomimo zamkniętych okien będzie taki hałas z zewnątrz w nocy (restauracja na dole, krzyczący i śpiewający przechodnie, smieciarka z rana) - okropna klatka schodowa - rozcieńczone mydło i płyn do mycia naczyń - brakuje tam szafy gospodarczej w związku z czym odkurzacz, deska do pracowania, suszarki walają się po szafach ubraniowych co nie jest przyjemne - gwałtowne skoki wody podczas prysznica (nagle leci zimna)

Było bardzo zimno

Po przyjedzie okazało się że w apartamencie jest zimno i zepsuty piec grzewczy (10 stopni w ostatnim pokoju). Była godzina 18 - po kontakcie z obsługą dostaliśmy informację że możemy zrezygnować z noclegu i poszukać czegoś innego. Nie było to dla nas satysfakcjonujące gdyż musieliśmy dostać się o 4 rano na drugi dzień na lotnisko. Udało nam się samym naprawić piec, skontaktowaliśmy się z właścicielem obiektu z zapytaniem o rekompensatę ale nikt nie odpisał do dziś.

Great location in the old town

The location was fabulous. A few steps from the market square or river. The area has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Entry instructions were good. The apartment is warm, clean, nicely decorated and quite well equipped. The 3 bedrooms were what we needed as this can be harder to find. I was able to pay a small extra fee to access the apartment early.

The biggest issue is the lack of a comfortable seating area. There are only 4 hard stools around the table in the kitchen to sit together. Some of the mattresses need replacing as you can feel the springs! It would be good to have some form of coffee making equipment, even just a cafetiere.

the haunted flat

HORRIBLE STAIRCASE. no lift facility for baby and push chair and buggy. i actually freaked out entering the building it was under construction . looked haunted with broken stair case

everything it was like a dorm with tons of rooms. just made the wallpaper nice for photo. 6 people sleeps on each single bed with 3 rooms. very dodgy people stay in the property so i was super scared whole night with my baby and husband

We loved our visit and the apt helped give our family the room we needed.

Location and space were perfect. Parking was easy on the street.

It was loud at night with the windows open but too hot if the windows were closed. The windows were amazingly soundproof.

The apartment is in the heart of the city. Shop and restourant in the front of the building. Comfortable beds.

The entrance looks and smells awful. There are no shampoo or douche gel in the bathroom. .

Overall it was nice stay there. i would certainly recommend staying there.

1. Location: . Close to main tourist attraction(s) like Rathaus. . Close to (small) super market like Zabka . Close ca. 300m from "K" Bus station. .Close to restaurants 2. Apt. Condition: . was on First floor Clean & Tidy . clean washroom . all rooms have single beds only (however can be joined to make them double bed). 3. Check in/out: . check in/out process was smooth and well communicated. . Keys were placed right in front of apt. main entrance within small locker. (we checked in almost mid night and it wasn't any problem)

. No Lift / Elevator . Stairs to go to first floor (apartment) are pretty out and outdated. . Noise in the night from people dining in, outside in the street. . Kitchen without Tissue rolls. . TV is hanged only in Kitchen

Great location and very clean apartment. Heating was also a plus 😁

With being in the centre it was quite noisy and the early morning arrival of bin trucks didnt help. No seating area to relax in which the 3 bed room could easily be converted with a double sofa bed. A toaster and full size iron and mattress toppers would be a nice addition. Finally the stairs to the apartment are steep (keep in mind for the not so mobile)

Perfect location near the old town

Close to the Wrocław old town, so it was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets. Good sized apartments for short family stay. No contact check in was simple, instructions were sent for us to access building and rooms.

It was a bit noisy - assume from apartments beside or above. Wi-fi didn’t work well.

The pictures were very misleading.

The area was the only thing that made it enjoyable. being able to walk to the square market.

When we got there, it was more smaller and less well-kept than it appeared in the images. What you see in the photographs is not what I expected. I felt uneasy because of the unclean walls and chair. The beds were very uncomfortable.

great location, clean, comfortable, great for groups

location was excellent- spitting distance from the main square, but we were not disturbed by any noise etc. multiple rooms with multiple beds and plenty of clothes storage. clean, warm, comfortable and easy to find and access, with clear instructions, key safe being ideal as we could always explore separately but leave the single set of keys for our friends. good Wi-Fi, nice and warm, plenty of hot water.

the description states both a coffee maker and a kettle within the facilities. there is ground coffee, but after I checked with the owner, he confirmed there is no coffee maker to prepare it. there is nowhere to store luggage after checkout. that’s ok, but it would be nice if the owner can make some suggestions about how to overcome this (there are apps where you can book, or, luggage lockers in some of the museums for smaller bags, coats etc- so if you plan your day, you can store here) the facilities also describe ‘free toiletries’ which is a bit generous for a single bottle of watered down hand soap. it would be nice also if there could be a spare bath mat to use, as otherwise one persons towel is on the floor

Christmas Markets...perfect location! Fabulous Apartment

We were right around the corner from the Market Square, so the location was walking distance to everything we needed ie Christmas Market, Supermarket, Resteraunts, Shops & Shopping Centre. The Apartment was very clean, spacious enough for 5 adults and very very warm, it was also located in a very quite area, and it was excellent value for money. We were very happy with it. We always got a prompt response from Dawid with any queries we had before travelling and whilst we were there. Check in was easy and straightforward and Dawid even accommodated us with a later checkout as we had an evening flight. Prestige apartments are only 27km away from airport which can be got to quite easily with public transport or Taxi. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay for your stay in Wroclaw, which is a lovely city with plenty to do.

Nothing beats this location! Lots of shops, restaurants and bar nearby. Not too noisy for a location right in the city center. The flat was clean and the beds were fine. Great for a weekend with friends in Wroclaw.

There was no hands soap nor any type of soap in the bathroom, so we had to get one at the shop next door.

A great stay in the in old center

A great location in the center of the old city. The apartment was clean and was spacious for a family of six. The apartment was in the center of the city but it was not noisy in the night. There were mobile air-conditioned fans in the room which saved us in the hot days we had during our stay.
