Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich bin häufig in Graz. Hier sicher nie wieder.

Nachts sehr laut. Bett nur 1,60 breit. Schimmel in den Fugen der Duschkabune. Bilder im Expose gehören zum größten Teil nicht zur Wohnung. Eine Terrasse - wie in einer Bewertung gelobt - gibt es gar nicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Zugang über mehrere Treppen vom Nachbarhaus aus. Kein Aufzug. Verwalter war freitags nachmittags, samstags und sonntags nicht erreichbar, auch nicht für den Mitarbeiter von Booking.com.

Good descent apartment

The best with this apartment is it central position in the heart of old town. Every hotel or similar seem to be on the expensive side in Graz and this has a good location regardless if traveling for business or vacation. It has a kitchen, washmaskin, dishwasher so it is good also for a longer stay. A bit difficult to find but you will find it just close to a small Indian restaurant.

A bit difficult to enter and get the keys. The ower expected you to read their mail while traveling, i.e a very late message just 1-2 hours before you are at the address. Too much to call it a paradise - it is a good aparment in an about 100 yr old house. It is not suitable for those with mobility problems, no elevator

Great location, good space for all of us (4 family members), check-in available in person upon arrival.

Great location, clean, kitchen and bathroom was very good too.

The bed for my kids (18 and 13 years) was too small, it did not fit at all!

Great location, very close to restaurants and town center

Could not approach the property by car, the streets were closed from 10am until 5am next morning. There was no AC, and we were there on a hot day and it was hot in the apartment. They charged us a deposit in Euros and when it was returned we got less money back due exchange rate difference.

Spacious apartment in great location, but filthy cutlery and no washing machine!

Nice, spacious apartment in a great location close to the centre of Graz. Good wifi. Clean apartment, except for the cutlery - see below.

The cutlery was filthy and obviously unwashed (see photo: https://i.imgur.com/9NUkkco.jpg - unfortunately, I was unable to upload the photo to Booking.com) so that we washed it along with the dishes and glasses before being able to use them. The description of the apartment had also promised a washing machine, which turned out to be incorrect. This was particularly disappointing for us as the washing machine was the deciding factor to book this apartment in the first place. We were on a trip through Austria and had planned to wash our clothes in Graz, hence the must-have requirement for a washing machine. The check-in procedure was tiresome for us, too, as we had to confirm our check-in time no less than four times. I appreciate the explanation offered by Welcome2Vienna, but in our many stays at rental properties this was - by far - the most complicated check-in we have experienced. I contacted Welcome2Vienna to discuss these points with them. They apologised and offered us a discount for future bookings. I appreciate the gesture, but it does little to remedy the experiences in this trip. Especially the missing washing machine greatly complicated the remainder of our trip. So, if you require a washing machine and are considering this apartment, check with Welcome2Vienna whether they have installed one by now!

Maybe the worst property I ever stayed

Location is very central. There is a downside, however. It's a pedestrian zone and you can't even call a taxi to this place. If you have some luggage, walking a hundred meters up the street to meet the taxi is not nice.

Very dark apartment! No sunlight at all, you have to turn on electric lights all the time, and it's impossible to see the weather outside. A very narrow layout of the apartment. Tiny kitchen. Lack of kitchen utensils, for example, no knifes at all! Unprofessional staff. The owner (or his representative) initially led us into a wrong apartment, and it's a luck that we recognized his mistake by the absence of washing machine. Then he wanted to charge my credit card for the staying, but I suspected that I was already charged for it by booking.com. He had to call somewhere to confirm that. After finishing all formalities, he left us the key and left. Later in the evening, when we returned to the apartment, it appeared that he gave us the wrong key! After calling him and his colleague for half an hour and already prepared to stay overnight without all our stuff which is left in the apartment, I managed to reach him and got the instructions where to get the right key.
