A vacsora sajnos nagyon nagy csalódás volt, fagyasztott pizza, tésztára konzerv paradicsomszósz volt . Tavaly is voltunk

Trotzdem Empfehlenswert

Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her ganz gut. Man merkt aber, dass das Hotel schon ein bisserl in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Safe. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt's meines Erachtens genug und kosten 12€ ab der 16ten Stunde( pro Tag). Die ersten 3 Stunden sind gratis . Es gibt einen SPA den wir zeitmäßig leider nicht benützen konnten. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nicht umwerfend!

Merkwürdigerweise muss man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen... als Sicherheit laut Rezeption. Offenbar wird den Gästen viel Misstrauen entgegen gebracht. Hoffentlich wird meine Kreditkartennummer nicht missbräuchlich benutzt!

Great hotel with little small rooms.

Sauna, swimming pool, hot-tube, airplanes, play room, in general all facilities is really good,

Room was small, room was hot- air conditioner did help, simply not powerful enough, when I left opened door from bathroom I could not open door to the apartmen it was really small corridor and room itself, barely 30cm around the bed.

Sauber und hilfreiches Personal

Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfreich. Ich hatte meine Frau mit, die ich derzeit beim Gehen unterstützen mußte und hatte mein geistig behindertes Kind, das aus unerfindlichen Gründen immer zwei schwere Taschen Bücher mitschleppt. Der Rezeptionist half mir sehr umsichtig, sodass ich diese Überlastung bewältigen konnte. - Die Organisation des Frühstücksbuffets hat mir auch gefallen. Keine Drängerei.

Da ich spät ankam, war unser Schlüssel in einem "Briefkasten" hinterlegt, der bei Eingabe eines Codes aufspringen sollte. Soweit so gut. Der sprang aber nicht auf. Der Rezeptionist war aber gerade auf dem Heimweg und half mir durch leichtes Anheben der Türe aus der Patsche. Was wäre aber gewesen, wenn der nette Mensch nicht gerade vorbei gekommen wäre. Blanke Verzweiflung. Sollte aber leicht zu beheben sein.

Lage gut, Flugzeugrestaurant lustig aber versteckte Kosten und Zimmer nicht ganz Sauber

Lage sehr gut

Wasserschaden an der Decke Wände komplett abgeschmiert und fleckig nur auf einem Fenster waren Innenjalousien daher keine Abdunklung möglich, da Vorhang auch viel zu kurz Dusche undicht Bett viel zu hart

Leider nicht unser Hotel

Die location des hotels war gut.

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Wir waren im 3ten Stock. Es hat fürchterlich gestunken im Gang. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Bett viel fast auseinander, an den Bettecken hat man die Schrauben bereits gesehen. Der 3000 qm Spabereich ist für Kinder erst ab 12 zugänglich. (Das Spa war der Grund weshalb ich dort buchte) wir durften dann in den Keller, Kind 5 Jahre alt, "die Family Area". Ein whirlpool und ein Pool. Das Licht ging durch den Bewegungsmelder ständig aus. Es gab eine kaputte Poolnudel, und das wars. Vom Parkhaus gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. (Türe war versperrt) es hat mich richtig in Urlaubsstimmung gebracht die Koffer meines Kindes und mir über das Stiegenhaus des Parkhauses, quer über den Parkplatz im Regen zum Haupteingang zu schleppen. Natürlich buchte ich einen Tisch fürs Abendessen im Flugzeug. Auch das hätten wir uns sparen können. Der Herr beim Restauranteingang war sehr nett und freundlich. Da endete unsere positive Erfahrung auch schon. Die Restaurantmanagerin war sehr unfreundlich, nicht nur zu uns, auch zu anderen Gästen. Unsere Kellnerin versuchte das Ruder noch rum zu reißen, leider hatte der ganze Abend einen negativen Beigeschmack. Eigentlich sehr schade da diese Erfahrung etwas positives sein soll. Das Essen war versalzen, Fertigpommes im Kindermenü fest verankert. Für 1x Chickenfingers, 1x kleines Beeftartar, 1x Ceasersalad mit Hühnerstreifen (total versalzen), 1x Apfelsaft gespritzt und 1x Weißenspritzer knapp 60 Euro. Der ganze Trip war sehr ernüchternd. Das Frühstück war übrigens top. Sehr viel Auswahl und sehr nettes Personal. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr dort halt machen. Da gibt es schönere und freundlichere Hotels.

Almost great!

The staff found a great solution for us two and all were very friendly.

Cold jacuzzi in the sauna area ... we are regular guests and this was the first time that the jacuzzi was cold for two days! Hopefully, they will fix it soon.

The bed was very comfortable, parking nearby is for 12 eur/24h and it is allowed to be with dogs for extra fee

In the spa only naked people even though there are separate zones for people with bikini/without bikini. But naked people are everywhere

The bar inside the plane on the rooftop👍 Room is comfortable, with a small terrace, airconditioning is designed well - not blowing directly.

Old spa in the ground floor is really old. The new one is only for kids 12yo +

The room is large, a balcony with a view of small gardens. There is a small kitchen that can be used when traveling for a long time. A large closet (room). Breakfast is good, varied. You can eat dinner in 2 planes on the roof, the bar menu is not extensive, but the attractive waiter only reinforces the positives. emotions while eating on the plane

Good location, but no air con.

Great location for what we needed. Clean and tidy with a mini fridge in our room. They accommodated our dog by covering the couch in a sheet.

It would have been nice if they’d left a water bowl for our dog. The room has no air conditioning and we stayed in June, so it was hot. I didn’t like that it cost an extra €12 for car parking and €15 for dog.

The room was nice and it was clean. Good value for the date we were there.

No food on site unless certain days and nothing much within ealking distance. Place was iind of tired.

Good enjoyable

Re Location: Nice hotel good connection with the Bus (5 mins walk to the bus stop) to the center of Graz (Jakominiplatz). Re Room: A bit outdated but good and comfortable Re Bar: very unique and nice Re Spa: nice one with a lot of options (sauna (3 options), Steam Room, InfraRed back, medium size swimming pool, outside jaccuzi). For non Europe traveller, it is a FKK or Naked SPA (of course you have your towel around you if you wish)

Really great concept with the two passenger jets at the roof converted into restaurant and bar

- Significantly outdated rooms (feels like were decorated in 80s or ver early 90s) - arriving at 9pm was not able to get anything proper to eat- kitchen was closing at 9:30pm, the only open restaurant (until 10pm) was the one in the passenger jet at the roof top but required reservation which I didn’t have, kitchen was closing at 21:30 and the only other place where was able to order was the other passenger jet converted into a club - this was very noisy and had limited, club style seating. - can’t comment on the quality of the pool,SPA and other advertised attractions as all were closed by 9pm and did not open before the check out next day.

Superb

Very nice spa with several type of saunas and pools. High quality breakfast.

The location is remote. Bus services are frequent on working days, but a bit inconvenient on Sundays.

Pleasant

There was no personell in spa area and no cups to drink water. Iron rods are sticking out of the ground in way too expensive car park. Bathrobe was extra purchase. Shower is so small, was afraid i was going to brake it.
