Clean and cosy

Anita was very friendly and accommodating! The flat is very clean and cosy. It is close to the university campus but a bit far from downtown so perfect for stays related to the university.

There was no bath soap.

Good

Modern, small and very cosy flat in wonderful location near the city centre. It is actually a nice walk! Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, large balcony and a great bathroom with lots of space. We really felt at home and there is free parking very close by. Great value for money, we would definitely come back!

As mentioned in other posts, the walls are not that thick. The landlady spoke to us rudely for being too noisy at 11pm. We did not have music on, but of course we walked around and had normal conversations. They live downstairs with a young child, so I can see the problem. We would have liked to be spoken to more kindly as we are still customers and we did not feel we disturbed them in any way. Overall, the ventilation of the room was not that good, so we kept a window open to get fresh air. The mattress is okay, but the pillows are very soft and not comfortable.

Nice, clean and cosy

The owners were very responsive, kind and willing to help. They live downstairs, so it's easy to reach them also during the stay, and they respond to booking messages and phone calls quickly. The studio is nice and neat, just as you see in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Some of the parking spaces in the area are free of charge and others you need to pay. We did not have any problem finding a free space at no charge. To get to the old town, the Stadthalle or exhibition centre it is a bit longer walk, or you use your car, or you can use public transport, but you need to learn about which connections to use beforehand. The nearest tram station is 10 minutes walk away and takes you directly to the old town centre. You can shorten your walk by using the bus. There is a bus stop just around the corner, but the bus will not take you directly to the centre.

Pleasant

Comfortable bed, everything clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The area is calm. 10min walk to a tram that takes you to the city center. The flat is in a great condition.

The bathroom vent needs serious cleaning (photo). The free parking is not from the property but the area provides it, so you circulate until you find one, then you walk to the house.

Clean, well furnished apartment with a kitchen and a nice big shower. Using a washing machine wasn't a problem either. Garden and pool for guests too.

It was a nice and pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and clean place. Not far away from the center. But we took our car for commuting didn't use city transportation.

I can't think of anything.

Quiet and nice location. City center is easy to reach by bike. Nice bakery with good breakfast in the neighborhood. Easy check-in/-out. Good size of the apartment.

Exceptional

The apartment is very nice, has a spacious balcony, and the garden is truly amazing. It's very quiet, there is a pool and 2 deck chairs. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Very clean, safe and private apartment with a very nice hostess!

Very nice hostess, she even helped me find a parking spot for my small bus. The apartment was exactly like the picture and exceeded my expectations. Very clean, private and Quiet. The best night sleep I had in a week!!

I will definitely use this place again next time I am in Graz on my own.

Perfectly placed for access to the Number 6 tram to the center (<10 minutes walk) and to my work. The owner is super-nice, very friendly, speaks good English and is very keen to please. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I was able to plug my Chromecast into the TV and watch movies using my Netflix account. The bathroom was very modern and had a walk in shower. They hire bikes and even a Twizy electric car for a very good price. I did not use this since I had my own care but its a great idea.

There are 4 flats and only 1 parking space so parking is an issue. There is free parking a few meters away on the road but it can get full. It is advertised as having an electric car charging point but this is not really the case, though the owner did provide an extension lead from the garage that I could plug into (if I managed to get into the one parking space). The sound carries from the other rooms; there is very little privacy from a sound point of view. Not the cheapest place but good value considering the location. The towels were very small but it was not a problem since I took my own.
