Angenehm, gerne wieder.

Neues Gebäude, zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes war es ruhig im Haus. Die Räume waren sauber und noch nicht "verwohnt", da die Einrichtung relativ neu war. Die Lage in einem etwas "schwierigen" Viertel (Gries) merkte man im Gebäude nicht, die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war gut. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß gab es div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen, eine Parkanlage an der Mur und auch das Zentrum war in ca. 10 bis 15 Min zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine kleine Terrasse zum begrünten Innenbereich des Gebäudes ließ die Wohnung zusätzlich geräumig erscheinen.

Ein paar Details fehlten. Z.B. Duschvorhang in der ansonsten recht geräumigen Dusche. In der Küche ein paar Basics wie Zucker und Salz... Die Vormieter hatten schmutziges Besteck in die Schublade geräumt, das sollte vor der Übergabe etwas besser kontrolliert werden (leider ist so etwas bei manchen Zeitgenossen erforderlich). Insgesamt ein wenig mehr Liebe zum Detail würde den guten Gesamteindruck abrunden :-)

Praktische Wohnung mitten in der Stadt.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, nahe dem Grießplatz. Es ist ordentlich und funktional eingerichtet. Die Anreise war sehr einfach, über Telefonkontakt haben wir unsere Wohnung gut gefunden und den Schlüssel aus einer Schlüsselbox in Empfang nehmen können. Ob die Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist - ob alle nützlichen Utensilien vorhanden sind - kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Graz. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt, ist es durch die Fenster ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktionell, man fühlt sich aufgrund von fehlenden Dekoelementen nicht sehr heimelig. Für mich könnten die Zimmer kühler sein...wenn man das Fenster offen haben mag, hört man den Lärm doch sehr laut.

I'll save this apartment for the future, if we come to Graz again, we will try to book the same one

Everything was great, a large terrace on the half roof of the building, large windows and lots of light, but the room can be darkened if desired. The small kitchen has everything you need, there are towels in the bathroom, don't be surprised they were a bit older, but we didn't mind, they were clean, that's the important thing. The entire apartment is nice and warm. You need to bring your own shampoo and those little things, but there was toilet paper and hand soap. Everything was clean and tidy. Although, at my suggestion, we mostly communicated via text messages, the owners were also kind and friendly :) Graz is a paradise for vegans, from Dunkin' Donuts, to vegan baklavas, to best junk food in the Swing Kitchen, and much much more. Everything is on the Happy Cow app :) And there is a small underground club, fifteen minutes by foot, called Music House. Everyone in the whole city was super friendly. I hope we'll return to Graz in the spring.

Cooles Quartier, nahe dem Zentrum!!

Nahe Lage zum Zentrum Großes Appartement mit nettem Aussenbereich.

Als wir ins Quartier kamen, war es merklich kalt und kühl. 😉 Leider reagiert die Heizung sehr langsam und somit war die erste Nacht relativ kühl und der Boden kalt.

Lovely stay, would return.

Very friendly staff and very helpful! Good location and lovely outdoor terrace. Modern finish and good size apartment.

We would suggest installing a shower door/ curtain as water splashes everywhere when showering, this also affects the bottom part of the bathroom door.

If you are a tourist, it´s good that you can take a walk towards the city centre. Clean apartment.

The mattreses are a bit old, not so comfortable. Also, the bed sheets are a bit old. The white walls could be repainted.

The place was excellent. It was clean, cozy and had everything that you possibly could need from the facilities. The host was great and very accomodating and even gave us a better room free of charge. We only stayed for one night, but it's really close to the city centre. I would 100% recommend it and will stay there again!

Perfect way to stay in Graz

Everything was perfect. Never seen before a room clean like this. The apartment was really comfortable with all services. Under the apartment there are many restaurant and place where bought everything. Maybe one hundred kilometer to reach city centre. The guys that manage apartments extremely nice and useful. Great place for short or long stays!

From start to finish everything was perfect. Greeted personally by the host and shown to the apartment, he also gave some great recommendations for the city. The property was also only a 10 minute from the city Center which was a plus! The apartment was fully equipped, clean and comfortable! I look forward to coming back!

It was a good option to make a stop, visit the city and get some rest before we continued our journey. It was reasonably cost efficient and underground parking option was also quite convenient in comparison with searching for a parking slot in the crowded and busy streets. Location is in walking distance from historic city center. Bedroom is on the inner side of the building so the street / traffic noise is reduced significantly.

Parking requires good driving skills in narrow place in case of larger cars. Also, some additional sound / noise protection would be great - you can really hear people in the corridor, above you etc. But it is quite normal for this kind of building so no real cons - just not used to it.

Would highly recommend it for short-term stays in Graz.

The premises do not offer self check-in, which was not a problem because we wouldn't have met Besnik otherwise. He is an exceptional host, giving us trick and tips about Graz, suggesting good places to eat and thing to see.

Perhaps consider changing the pillows, they are way too soft for ppl with back problems. Otherwise, everything else was exceptional.

Comfortable parking in the underground garage, comfy and big beds, performant electric window blinds! Very nice and swift contact with the host, recommendation for restaurant which we followed and was perfect. Calm despite a quite busy street. Walking distance to the Inner Stadt.

Cleanliness of the kitchen equipments could be better (glasses, plates, cutlery). Some windows hard to close. Overall very nicely furnished but for us a bit unpersonal, very hotel-like. But this is a question of taste, we would come again! :)
