Bona localització i bon esmorzar. Habitació sorollosa

La localització. Està a prop de l’aeroport i molt fàcil per anar al centre amb un taxi. El llit era còmode i el bany espaiós. L’esmorzar era molt bo, variat i hi havia un cambrer que feia els cafès boníssims.

L’habitació que ens van donar (i suposo que les del costat també) tenien una màquina de climatització just a l’altre costat de la finestra molt sorollosa que funcionava les 24 hores i va ser molt molest.

We loved everything about the hotel!

It was excellent. We liked everything. The room was nice and very clean. We had a nice buffet each morning in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel with floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the city!! The staff spoke English and were very friendly. Offered to prepare anything we wanted that was not on the buffet. Simply awesome!

Excellent hotel witj wonderful staff!!! Will be back and definitely recommend it.

The staff is really amazing. Young people, very polite, English speakers, and willing to support in every way to accommodate requests. They made our stay in Tashkent so much easier, with early check in and late check out. Very good price for what was offered. It is a 3-star hotel and the room was spotless clean and comfortable.

Персонал очень внимательный. Отель очень уютный и тихий. Собственник всегда находится в отеле.

Завтрак - шведский стол, стандартный набор. Без излишеств, но всего достаточно. Расположение меня устроило. Близко к аэропорту, но не в центре. Для кого это важно - обратите внимание! Персонал мегавнимательный, во всем старается помочь и предупредить все ваши пожелания.

В моём номере (305) было немного шумно от центральной вентиляционной установки. Также в номере, фойе и коридорах было довольно жарко. Возможно это было связано с сильными заморозками, которые были во время моего пребывания в Ташкенте.

Not my most pleasant stay.

The breakfast was nothing special and in consonance with the tariff.

The staff are not pleasant and too officious (not helpful) almost to the extent of being arrogant (some of them). The hotel has arbitrary rules not mention while booking, but put forward when checking in.

it was Saturday to Sunday night, and there were a party with dances in the restorant at the 4th floor till the midnight. In my room at the 3rd floor it was too loud, I can not sleep.

When we arrived, my partner came down with the flu and was burning with fever. The hotel staff was extremely kind to me as they provided thermometer and gave me instructions on where to find pharmacies and who to call if we wished to take a COVID test. I was able to bring him food downstairs after the breakfast, the waiter even encouraged me to take as much as I wished. When I asked the reception if we could have a change of towels and bed sheets late at night, they sent a cleaning lady who cleaned the room (we had refused cleaning during the day as my partner was sick and couldn't get out of bed). I had the best espresso in Uzbekistan!

Excellent

Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Many thanks to Oleg (Hotel manager), Zebo and Bekzod from reception and the lady who did our laundry. Would hardly recommend this place to stay!

Good Option on Rustaveli

Have stayed here multiple times and always been very happy with the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff. Breakfast is generally good and the hotel is in a quiet area away from the main road which is nice. Also very reasonably priced for the quality of hotel/service in Tashkent.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel or staff. The guests in the next room were being loud during the wee hours of the morning but that is not the fault of the hotel or hotel staff, just other patrons being inconsiderate. Overall this is a good hotel.

Superb

Stayed 6 nights. Very comfortable room with king size bed with great matrass. Air conditioning and wifi high quality. At the Desk young people smiling and speaking well english. Very helpful when asked. Perfect daily room cleaning with knowhow. Very appreciated welcome fresh sparkling water with lemon, orange during the day at the entrance after long hours spent at 40 degrees around the city!

First 3 days breakfast wasn't perfect. Poor selection, one day bread totally absent, cook not there for preparing eggs... Last two days lot of improvement about selection and variety of salty/sweet food. Fruits present not really following the season, but ok.

I needed a comfortable bed at the end of a long trip; this hotel was just what I I needed.

New and clean, with a soft bed. Covid tests were available through a lab working with the hotel, saving me a trip across town.

The Praga is a very comfortable quiet hotel.

very comfortable atmosphere. good breakfast. great location if you are going to the Shox International Hospital or other health facilities.

one small thing. the hot water pot has a cord too short to sit on the desk. You can’t use it. also the frig wasn’t working.
