Very good

The staff should have a process to check if the room is ready for guests. Changed room once because we were locked inside and had to call the reception to open. Bathroom was kinda broken. Temperature of the room was too high and nothing the guest can do by itself. The staff had to check 2 times before fixing it.

My husband accidentally locked his wallet inside the safe box and the receptionist helped very quick we loved the gestur

Big rooms spacious kitchen the beds are very clean i loved it

I wish there was small shatafa installed it was very difficult to jump to shower

Nice boutique stile hotel near city center . Quite big room, with a kitchen and semi saloon.

was quite hot in the room because of central heating without any possibility of adjusting

The rooms were bigger than we expected. Our apartment had fancy furniture, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helping and understanding.

I enjoyed our stay & I'd go back. The only negative thing was that the room wasnt clean enough!

A very good experience

1. This is nice hotel. Comfortable rooms and nice interior 2. Courteous and friendly front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff. 3. Pretty good breakfast buffet. 4. The hotel has a nice courtyard with comfortable sitting areas. 5. They have a nice little gym with a ping pong table. 6. Good location, close to a very nice restaurant/bar, with very good life unique music. Also, very close proximity to grocery stores.

Really great hotel, spacious rooms, super nice stuff. Definitely come back and stay here once back to Tashkent
