Staff were helpful

The hotel is very dated, hasn't ever been renovated in 25 years. I stayed there before, it used to be of good standards; and this time it was rather disappointing. The furniture is old, bathroom facilities were all badly scuffed. Breakfast was awful, absolutely awful. Quite surprised the hotel kept the 4* rating. Had to cut our stay at the hotel short. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

К сожалению в вашем отеле я больше никогда не остановлюсь.

ужасный завтрак- качество еды и сама подача также этому соответствует. Все было предоставлено в каких-то не понятных кастрюлях с тяжелой крышкой которые нужно было открывать и сразу же закрывать. Ни зелени ни овощей я не увидел, может они и были ранее, официант явно не следил за тем что закончилось , чтобы дополнить пустые позиции. Я уже долго не встречал отелей без кофемашины, но у вас была только миска к растворимым кофе, что меня очень удивило.

полотенца в номере старые, все застиранные что уже сыпятся. В номерах не курят, но явно ощущался запах сигарет в отеле. Мебель старая, ей уже больше 20 лет, как и пульт управления кондиционером. Гигиенический набор был максимально урезан, ни зубной щетки ни ватных палочек, только мыло один шампунь и гель для душа. Окна старого образца , нет зимнего режима, чтобы можно было приоткрыть окно и оставить на ночь, хотя на ночь и не оставить, так как москитной сетки я там не увидел, а комаров уже достаточно.

Location not in the center but taxi are avilabkes.

Our trip in Uralsk was really good with staying at Pushkin Hotel.

The hotel is really good to stay with business trip purpose or with family. The receptionists, waiters and administrators are very polite. The food in restaurant is very tasty, ordered for dinner (complex) which was good. The parking is available.

In the kitchen of 304 room the mixer of tap is to be replaced as it covered with corrosion. There is no playground for children.

A comfortable spot in an otherwise unremarkable town

I liked the food, the room was nice, the bed was big, the front desk was helpful. the location was good. liked the art

the floor in the room seemed very dusty. they were old tiled floors. The restaurant doesn’t have a bar per se. there was no real lobby.

A pleasant stay to relax, enjoy sightseeing in the center, try Italian and not only cusine and sleep well.

I had to beg for an iron! and warn about a negative rating on booking, and only after that they gave me an iron! 😅😅 you have not a small price even for Astana. Buy irons!!

It would be very beneficial if this Italian investor builds a new 4 or 5-storey buidling...

Conditions & quality of equipments / water boiler serving the breakfast process needs to be upgraded or replaced. Room TV set and shower's stuff to be upgraded to modern ages, introduce more Qazaq and English TV channels especially Al-Jazira, DW, CNN, NatGeoWild, Discovery, Nat. Geographics & reduce the so many Italian especially Russian propaganda zombi channels!!! Its awful as they damb bombarding the guests' minds & distributing so many lies about the neighboring countries....
