В целом, все понравилось. Стандартные номера маловаты, но в номерах было чисто, тепло.

профессионализм сотрудников ресепшн

Электронный ключ не сработал при въезде, однако, после апгрейда, проблем больше не возникло.

In general, a good hotel, and the prices for the rooms are adequate.

Quite a good breakfast in the buffet format. The variety of dishes corresponds to the price of a hotel room.

A small question related to hot water in the bathroom, the pressure and temperature of the water are unstable.

wonderful crew, nice apart hotel, but disappointing wifi, at least at rooms we tried, a fatal flaw!

The crew is smart and very kind.

iinternet is very, but very poor. As I need internet to work, I'm wondering about not return.

very respectful stuff. thanks to reception.

1-bathroom flusher not working. The water is going very slowly. It becomes a lake while taking a shower. 2- A.C is necessary in the room

recommend to stay

I liked very much most of crew, very friendly and make you fell confort, particulary Kamilla from brekfast and cleaning lady.

Front desk can be by far better. Although they did their job, but not friendly.

Quite a high-quality hotel, worth the money, the overall impression is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was quite good and varied in content.

A couple of things that could be improved: the quality of toothbrushes, and add some tea and coffee to the rooms.

The beddings were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and girl from bar was very good. receptionist at the day shift was polite and accommodating

The receptionist Chinara was very so rude and unprofessional, she was working 2 nights, I called to police to complain to her, because I have never experienced insults from the reception. First day we didn't have complimentary water, no slippers, no bathrobes, no dental kits. But after my complaints we received complimentary pizza and tea. Overall, I very wish that administration would take measures to avoid hire staff like Chinara, she spoiled the whole trip and experience in the hotel. I hope WILL NEVER COME BACK IN AGAIN So pitty

staff is not polite, but it’s all about Karaganda in general. it seems that they are stuck in USSR. you can smell something not nice in the room. may be it’s because of the carpet. the hotel is pricy, the location is not good at all.

Clean, rooms are self sufficient. Efficient place. Study table, kitchenette, bath well equipped

Location is poor, streets not fit for walking. No place for recreation. Staff is competent but somewhat indifferent. Rooms could have a sofa chair, only a study chair is provided.

It's slightly overpriced for this level of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the city center.

Didn't like the fact that there is no buffet.

I didn’t like it.

I couldn’t sleep properly, since the air conditioner didn’t work. I was sweating the whole night. ☹️ The hotel does not provide you with the bath robes, even those it is not the cheapest hotel. I couldn’t eat the breakfast, expect the drinks that the have brought to our room.
