About this apartment rental
Attractive, spotless and well maintained one bedroomed apartment with large balcony set into the hillside with amazing mountain and sea views. Burriana beach is accessed down stairs via a beautiful walk through waterfall gardens. The apartment has access to a communal pool and bar/restaurant just 200 metres away and is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and boutiques of both Burriana beach and the old town of Nerja. Accommodation: One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living area. Large terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger. Sun from early morning to late afternoon. Open plan well designed fitted kitchen. Modern bath and overhead shower. Free air-conditioning/heating. Free internet. Smart TV with comprehensive channel package. All linen and towels provided with the exception of beach towels. Shared pools with bar/restaurant.

The apartment was as described and was clean.
Wonderful views from the balcony.
Complex pool area was great for the family with good food options available.
Quite a lot of steps to the apartment but there are walkways to even it out plus a lift to take out the last section.
On the plus side it is located next to the top road so does give the option of taking the odd taxi and it is also located on the same level as the pool complex.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday.
We would stay there again.

We have just spent 2 weeks at this apartment. It was perfect, easy check in process and only a short walk down the steps to Burriana beach. Steps back are tough but worth it for the amazing view. We had no issues with the apartment at all, it had everything we needed. We also made use of the pool area which is lovely.
We will absolutely be staying again. We got engaged on the terrace because it is that lovely and the view is that amazing. Highly recommend!

Great property for a couple with wonderful views.The amount of stairs up and down to beach would be difficult for someone with walking difficulties but my partner and I were ok with it.I would have no hesitation in booking property on return visit.

Amazing property and even better view. Our host Jan was very good in getting back to us if we had questions. It’s no joke about the stairs to the beach but we got used to it quickly. Property is very well kept and it was extremely relaxing. We will book again :)

Lovely little property, perfect for couples or a small family. New, modern deco and immaculately clean. We have stayed in Capistrano Playa for many years and this property has one of the best views. Certainly not a criticism but the balcony would really benefit from a BBQ as it is such a lovely space it would be nice to cook about there. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay, we spent more time in the apartment than we would normally as the view from the balcony was stunning, we loved being able to sit and listen to the sea. The apartment was clean and, with the exception of a sharp kitchen knife, had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our holiday

Beautiful property. Well equipped rental accommodation with lovely sea and Mountain View’s set in a well looked after complex. Lots of steps to climb up and down to beach. Very quiet, so close to beach and a lovely walk to Balcon de Europe. The balcony to this property was very spacious offering spectacular views. Would definitely stay here again.
The toilet/bathroom door catch was broken so the toilet door would not stay closed. This needs attention.
Could be improved by offering some dishcloths or sponge scourers for washing dishes and a spare toilet roll would be useful.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in the above apartment. The apartment itself is a one bedroom which is all that is needed for 2 people. It is well equipped with all that you would need if you fancied eating in at any point, there is a large fridge freezer to keep food and drinks cool. The view is fantastic of the sea and beach and the outdoor furniture and outside space perfect.....2 loungers, so there is no fighting over them! and a good sized table with 4 chairs. The communication with the owners was first class, and they replied promptly if we had a query. The only negative I can think of was the amount of steps from the apartment to the beach (220 ish, my hubby counted) We ourselves, though not that young (early 60s) consider ourselves to be fit and active, but sometimes the steps each night to eat out were too much and I made hubby take the car. For anyone maybe not too good mobility wise, a car would be needed. That really would be the only downside, and that is not a criticism of the apartment, just the position.............I used the washing machine before leaving so I had no laundry to do once home....very useful. The only other thing would be that some extra pillows on the bed would be good. The other thing we noticed was perhaps the cleaner could check and ensure there are sponges to wash up with and cloths to keep the outside table clean from dust and sand......As I said at the start, we had a fab holiday and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Our second visit to beautiful Nerja but our first to this property. The apartment is small but clean and well equiped. The view is fabulous and the balcony gets the sun from morning through to late afternoon. We really enjoyed the large and clean communal pool area and David and his team worked really hard in the bar/cafe to make each day an enjoyable experience. You need to be fit to holiday here due to the hills on all sides of the property but the views are worth the effort !

Great instructions and communication from the owner , who sent us the directions etc , very easy to follow , lovely apartment , fantastic view of the sea . Fabulous washing machine , fridge freezer , microwave etc. Bed in bedroom was ok , sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but we put 3 cushions on top of the frame which sorted it .
Bathroom nice , good shower.
Nice walk down to the beach through the gardens , ( dont forget the key !! For the gate which is a fob to open it !… not the actual key !) which we forgot and walked back up to apartment thinking we had wrong key ha ha !
Bit steep to walk back up so just took our time.
Easy reach of the beachfront shops / restaurants etc by car or foot.
Maybe needs a couple more bath towels and tea towels in apartment but overall very good and we enjoyed our stay , very peaceful

A cozy apartment in a beautiful complex. Large sunny balcony with amazing view. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the beach through a tropical garden. We loved it and want to come back soon. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Très bien situé, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la montagne. Grande terrasse bien équipée. Appartement bien agencé. Salon et salle de bain donnant sur la terrasse. Un petit regret le canapé n'est pas très confortable et les tapis dans le salon et la chambre ne sont pas pratiques pour l'entretien. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions il a réagi de suite aux petits problèmes rencontrés. Il a remplacé de suite la cafetière en panne et les chaises cassées.

This is a well laid out and well equipped apartment, ideal for two. The patio is large and comfortable and has magnificent views across the bay. It’s within walking distance of Nerja and there are several supermarkets nearby. There was an issue regarding cleanliness which we raised with the owner who quickly remedied the situation.

The apartment could do with a lot of T.L.C. how is cleaning the apartment between visits needs a kick up the back side, the apartment is well equip t including full UK TV programs, the view is is fantastic. all in all well worth a visit, once they get the cleaning sorted.

Spent 5 nights here as a couple and it was just what we were after. Amazing views from the balcony and lots of sun from early morning through to early evening.
As other reviewers have mentioned, there's quite a few steps down to the beach so may be a struggle for those less mobile. However, it's through lovely gardens and ponds and we looked forward to it whenever we did go down to the beach!
The pool was great and very quiet. We made use of the pool bar for drinks and lunch. Worth noting that there's a second key fob for the pool in the room which we hadn't realised so thought it was shut when we first tried!
Nighlife on Burriana Beach was quiet, but we often got taxis into Nerja town centre for €7-10 where there was more options to eat and drink.
All in all, a brilliant apartment.

Had a lovely stay at this apartment despite the weather doing it’s damndest to spoil things! Everything was explained clearly by Jan in an information sheet via email prior to arrival and keys were in the key safe waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment.
First impressions were excellent with the apartment spotlessly clean and the view out to sea from the balcony really is breathtaking. As mentioned by other reviewers there are a lot of steps to get down to the beach/shops/restaurants below but we were fully aware of this beforehand and we didn’t find it a problem. The grounds are so pretty to walk through and we enjoyed stopping by the lake and looking for the terrapin. One of my friends on seeing a photo of my daughter walking through the grounds actually asked if we were at a nature reserve! The whole complex is extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Apartment itself very clean and nicely furnished. Double bed in the bedroom was reasonably comfortable and mum reported the same about the sofa bed in the living room. I’m not a fan of the continental style square pillows but wasn’t a huge issue and you could always take your own if luggage allows. Lovely powerful shower in the bathroom and plenty of hot water for 3 of us. As mentioned earlier the weather was not kind to us and we had torrential rain on 3 out of our 5 days . On 2 evenings it was so bad we couldn’t face leaving the apartment and found the kitchen to be very well equipped for cooking a full meal. Instructions for all the appliances were in a drawer in the kitchen and found all simple to use. When the sun did come out it was lovely to have the sun loungers on the balcony as you were sheltered from the keen wind that was prevalent for much of our stay.
Ate out a few nights when weather allowed and loved Bruxelles restaurant down on Burriana Beach area and ate there twice. Also got the bus into Nerja town from the bus stop on the complex one evening - €1 and really easy. Definitely a good option if you don’t fancy the steps. Both Mercadona and Supersol supermarkets just a 10/15 min pleasant walk away on the main road and smaller supermarket down on Burriana beach. Recommend a visit to Ale-Hop shop if like my daughter you love flamingos - some gorgeous stuff and so reasonably priced. Overall we absolutely loved our visit to this apartment despite the awful weather and will look to return in the future.

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. It's very easy to find and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and trouble-free holiday. In particular the wow factor when you first walk in and see the view is incredible; watching the sunrise to the east each day was really stunning. It takes about five minutes to walk down to the beach and then another five or so to make your way over to the town and Calle Los Huertos where you'll find the start of all the bars and shops and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and can't wait to return!
