The rooms are outdated. Room service toast had no butter and had to call down for some. Parking charges are outrageous.

There was no ventilation or air conditioning so sleeping at night was rough for the adults

Overall nice but too expensive

Staff was very welcoming and friendly we always pay extra to get the breakfast buffet in the morning very enjoyable

The price was outrageous! But this is where we always stay if the prices don’t come down a little bit we will have to find a new place unfortunately also the bathroom was not cleaned as well as we would like found some pubic hairs that didn’t belong to us and the overall maintenance of the room was aging

Perfect stay 10/10 recommend !

Clean and organized. Everyone friendly and efficient we go to Disney a lot and iv been trying all hotels it’s been 6 hotels near Disney that have been not so great I was starting to think maybe after pandemic service standards changed however this hotel was actually as comfortable and accommodating as the grand California hotel! And breakfast was included !!!

I would definitely stay at this location again.

We had an amazingly spacious room, with everything we needed.

There were two bottles of water left bear the entrance that said they were complimentary, but it turned out they were only free if you were a part of their rewards program. I unnecessarily spent $2.50 on that bottle when I had my own with me. Lesson learned.

Fine, standard hotel for a short stay

The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. All the local attractions easy to reach from the hotel both by foot and by car. Room was clean.

No USB charging outlets in the room. Parking fees.

Short, had a decent room, and the property looked well kept.

Good location and nice, clean facilities. Room was a bit dated, but comfortable. Room rate was way too high, but my company was paying. Not thrilled that breakfast was included, and we did not get to enjoy it.

The guy at the front desk said we could use our breakfast credit at the cafe. Upon checkout, they refused to apply the credit to our cafe charge. Bad communication from the front desk, and we did not enjoy the breakfast we paid for as part of our room rate. Also, it took about 10 emails to get the payment/credit card authorization arranged, so I'm not sure why the office had so much trouble. At the Marriott, it took one email to get that arranged.

Awesome place to stay!!!

We liked the cleanliness of the room, it smelt really good and the room had a lot of extra towels handy. The room was very spacious, the view was amazing, and the pool/spa was the best. Workers were very welcoming, the gift shop and cafe were very convenient.

We didn't like that we had to leave. We also didn't like that we stayed somewhere else the night before.

It's ok but needs improvement.

Comfortable beds its close to disneyland and around stores

That even though am a guest I have to pay for parking,I don't think that's really fair makes me not want to stay in that hotel again I think that has to change.

We had an amazing family room. Very spacious room. However parking and breakfast was very expensive.

Nice and close to Disney.

Room was clean and cool. Full sized shampoo and conditioner and body wash were available! Bed was comfortable.

The size of the room was more on the smaller side compared to similar rooms at other properties. It wasn't bad, just wish it had more space so we didn't feel so tight. We had 4 of us in the room and we managed!

Proximity to the park.

Every part of the property needs to be updated. Especially the rooms and elevators. The hotel lobby had a lingering smell of sulphur throughout our stay.

Room smelled like smoke, and there was a loud mechanical noise intermittently throughout the night that woke us up.
