Great location, poor and inconsistent housekeeping services

The location was very convenient to Disney and the Anaheim Convention Center. The daily breakfast service was good and the facilities clean. The suites were awesome. Joe's Italian Ice is nearby and there are many good restaurants within easy walking distance.

But the housekeeping was very inconsistent. Some rooms received service every other day (as advertised) and some rooms received no trash, bed, or towel service the entire stay despite multiple front desk requests. This was very frustrating and I will more closely evaluate my non-Hampton Inn options in the future.

The staff needs more training on customer service, soft sills and professionalism.

The room has a fridge and microwave. The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable after walking all day at disney.

racheal did the initial check in said card declined. I paid again and the card was approved. -> checked bank account noticed 2 pending charges of 800$. Room on the 3rd floor. Hallway to room smelt like wet carpet and mold smell. The room had the ac blowing and had a musk wet animal smell. Spoke with Joshua at the front desk, he stated he can call the merchant to release the funds but it is Saturday and wasnt sure if the would answer. It takes 3 business days to fall off. He switched our room from the 3rd to 7th floor. Room on the 7th floor seems cleaner and had a better smell than the 3rd floor. We decided to do an early check out around 4am. There is no ring or anything to notify front desk you are waiting. I decided to say hello after a few times, a young woman appeared from the back door. Her appearance was disheveled and almost like she just woke up. When i asked for a receipt Valeria was unable to provide a receipt due to system turnover to provide a receipt. Not sure if the names i provided are their real names since the front desk staff does not wear name tags. Which is very odd if i may ask given other hotels. Overall the experience at Hampton inn was underwhelming. The room was clean once we were provided the correct room. I think the beds were comfortable or decent. After 8hours plus of walking around disney we had no issues falling asleep. The breakfast is hit or miss, but is one less meal to buy and has hot food options. 12 min drive to disney, you could possibly walk and or take public transit. In the future, i will not stay here due to the inconvenient location and distance to disney. However, mostly because of the lack of customer service. The front desk staff are the first impression. They need a course or refresher on soft skills, conflict resolution and over continued development on professionalism.

Cerca de los parques, bueno para la familia

El desayuno era variado y tenía un horario amplio comparado con otros hoteles, tenía suficientes lugares para estacionar la camioneta grande que traíamos, el personal del front desk siempre muy amables y atentos.,

No me gustó que era un espacio reducido para servir los alimentos del desayuno considerando que era una gran cantidad de personas alojadas, pereo ya una vez servido sí había lugar dond estar. No me gustó que el agua estuviera limitada.

No fueron a limpiar el cuarto y en la recepción no me dieron opción de pagar el depósito (que no me habían mencionado) efectivo y todo se tenía que cargar en un mismo pago con la misma tarjeta

Disappointing stay at a nice hotel. Not worth the money we paid.

The fact that we had somewhere to sleep for the night.

We chose to stay here because we had a great stay last month. This time it was awful. There were multiple hairs in the bed, under and on top of the sheets. Looks like the housekeeper didn't change the sheets. There was a drop of blood on one of the pillowcases and our toilet overflooded. The guests across the hall were blasting music at 5am. We paid more than we did last month and it was an awful stay. Most likely will not be returning.

Look elsewhere!

The location

You're better off looking for a different hotel room. This place is way too overpriced for a stay that isn't even all that great. Too many hidden fees. The hotel parking costs $25/night and that's only before taxes. Additional fee for shuttle to ride to disneyland per person/day. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillow cases were scratchy. The bathroom showerhead turned away from the sliding door causes water to leak out onto the floor like crazy. Breakfast was so dry and bland, it tasted like cardboard. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I didn’t like that there was no metal cutlery at breakfast, trying to butter toast or cut waffles was nigh on impossible. I would have liked more hot food options at breakfast- bacon, order eggs, cooked tomato.

It was a lovely hotel with a wonderful daily breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property was very well kept. It had a lovely pool area that I wish I’d had time to enjoy. The dining area for the breakfast was very comfortable, and the attached outdoor area was nice.

As with most hotels these days, they charged a daily parking rate which I find to be frustrating. If you are staying there I feel it should be part of the nightly rate. I understand charging for public use but beyond that it feels inappropriate.

below average hotel

location was great, parking availability ($15 per day), gym was good and open 24 hrs.

rooms were old, bath room door was not closing (we report this and maintenance visited but didn’t repair), no hot water in bathroom (most of the time) although we made complaint. room cleaning is below average. air condition is blowing air strongly and has sound. no kettle in room kitchen.

Exceptional

The staff was extremely friendly. Beyz (Bev) was incredible. She remembered our names and was so helpful and kind. The ladies that made breakfast did a phenomenal job and everyone truly made our stay so great. We had an issue with the a/c unit in our room and the staff did their best to correct the issue.

Was able to look past the smell and dog hair to have a nice place

The hotel was very nice along with the staff, we really enjoyed the variety of hot delicious breakfast. The shuttle to Disneyland was great!

The room smelled like wet dog and had dog hair on the floor. We requested to be in a room that was not preoccupied by an animal due to my daughter's allergies and asthma and were not given that. If you are going to allow pets into your hotel you should at least know how to clean up after they stay.
