Comoda e pulita, la consiglio!

La casa è molto carina e pulita. Bagno piccolo, ma per il tempo passato in casa andava benissimo! Forse per 5, un solo bagno è poco. Avevamo a disposizione lavastoviglie, lavatrice e detersivi. Molto utile anche il ferro da stiro con l'asse. Comodissimo il supermercato sotto casa e la zona è molto tranquilla.

La posizione è un po' scomoda, sotto casa c'è solo la fermata del pullman, mentre quella della metro non è vicina. Ci sono stati dei problemi al check in perché il nostro aereo è atterrato all' una di notte. L'host non ci ha portato le chiavi ma siamo dovuti andare in taxi a recuperarle ad un altro indirizzo. Molto, molto scomodo. Se arrivate così tardi cercate di mettervi d'accordo prima, perché cercare una soluzione il giorno prima dell'arrivo è stato molto faticoso.

Un'esperienza da ripetere

Appartamento bellissimo, accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort e servizi, con parcheggio privato gratuito. Situato in un quartiere con tutti i servizi e a pochi minuti dalla Città delle Arti e delle Scienze e dal Parco Oceanografico. Siamo stati benissimo ed è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Fantastisch appartement op super locatie

Super locatie midden in de stad. Vlakbij alle voorzieningen en openbaar vervoer. Perfect appartement om een paar dagen de stad Valencia te verkennen.

De accommodatie zelf kan hier vrij weinig aan doen, maar de geur die vanaf de binnenplaats kwam was niet erg aangenaam. Dit was enkel wel te verhelpen door de ramen aan die kant van het appartement dicht te laten.

Parfait pour 1 semaine

Appartement très bien agencé proche du centre ville Bus 71 en bas Parking sécurisé avec l'appartement Souplesse de l'hôtesse pour récupérer les clefs

On a peu dormi car l'immeuble est très mal insonorisé, mais on a eu un sommeil de qualité grâce à la literie. Je n'ai pas eu de cervicalgies !

Muy a gusto

La limpieza y que todo estaba bien cuidado. Y los aires acondicionados en cada habitación. La casa para seis está genial, es espaciosa y cómoda

A veces salía un olor a bajante, a desagüe. Sobretodo por la noche olía mucho más pero al pasear por Valencia nos dimos cuenta que por muchos sitios también olía, así que lo achacamos a qué era un problema de la zona, sobre todo porque casi todas las calles tenían obras.

Nice apartment..Bathroom door a bit of a problem

A nice area but personally I would have been happier with a shorter walk to center. Also having to empty the air con drain bottles would have been a problem but I had my daughter to do it

Hist Ines could not do more for us - she greeted us with warm welcome and a large cold bottle of water waiting with the

Apartment had 2 bedrooms making it soacious and a comfortable stay. Updated smart television and well stocked kitchen made it feel like visiting family. Next to Air conditioner in Living room were 2 extra fans for use at night - a third would have been extra helpful but over all great place to stay.

Super apartment in a fab location, perfect for the family

Perfect apartment in great location, close to city centre and short drive to BioParc and aquarium. Super clean apartment with three bedrooms, all recently refurbished. Our host, Ines, gave us lots of advice, There is everything you need in the apartment, from coffee to hairdryer and washing machine. Aircon in the living room which also cooled down the bedrooms for us. It was absolutely perfect, I would highly recommend this for your stay in Valencia.

It can be a little tricky to find a parking spot (there is free parking on the streets all around) but with a little patience you will find a spot.

Fabulous stay

We stayed 8 nights at 3 forques and loved every minute of it. From Ines, the person in charge who made her best to always go the extra mile, to the space and comfort of the flat and the beds, the perfect location in the city, the spotless state of the flat upon arrival, the amenities and even the access to Netflix on the gigantic flat screen. Valencia is a wonderful city. If we could, we would ave stayed much longer.

Awesome apartment a short distance from city centre

The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and modern. It had everything we needed - washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, television with Netflix etc. We were greeted when we arrived and the owner took the time to show us what to do and where to go while we were in Valencia even though she didn’t speak English. We really appreciated it! It is a little out of the city centre but if you don’t mind walking it’s great. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Extremely clean and modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Very helpful hosts. Very good value for money.

Finding parking close by is difficult however Ines has a space and we took it when she left. The nearest parking building is €20
