The location was brilliant bus stop across the road which travelled to sights and shops The breakfast had alit of options and I enjoyed afternoon tea in the coffee bar. As my flight was late in the evening On the day of my departure I was able to avail of the leisure cents facilities

Not worth the price.

Check-in was pretty quick. Concierge guys are friendly.

The room is quite run down. Not really sound proof as advertised. The carpet are dirty. Drinking water need to self refill from toilet basin tap and then dispense from a little machine. Wallpapers are torn and they advertise as large bed.. please.. its a small queen size bed, not even a king size bed. No coffee machine in the room. Switches lights are confusing.

小学生2人、家族4人での宿泊

最寄り駅の駅ビルの中にも食べるところがたくさんあり、駅からは徒歩7.8分、ホテルまでの道中にコーヒーショップやマクドナルドがあり、食べるものには困らなかったです。シャワーとバスタブが別になっていたので子供たちをゆっくり湯船につからせることができました。Wi-Fiもすぐに繋がりました。ホテル入り口からすぐそばにコインランドリーがあり、簡単に洗濯もでき便利でした。ホテル内のプール設置階にコインランドリーもありましたが、近くのコインランドリーの方が大きくて新しい感じがしたのでそちらを利用しました。

家族4人の宿泊で伝えていましたが、タオルは2セットしか配備されていなかったのが残念でした。プールの深さが浅いところと深いところがあるのですが、大人でも足がつかないぐらいかなり深いスポットがあり、子供たちから目を離してはいけない感じでした。

Poor reception staff and service.

Only the location and transportation.

the reception staff is very bad. She wasn’t willing to service. No any explanation and guidance. It’s poor service comparing this hotel got 4-5 stars. Also, the cleaning staff forgot to provide compliment drinking water in the room.

Que hagan el aseo y no recojan los vasos sucios, los dejaron durante toda la estancia, no poder ir al piso de otras habitaciones de familiares

The facility and location are excellent but the services are disappointing.

The location is quite good and the facility is excellent. The breakfast includes quite a lot of selection. You can enjoy various kinds of food.

I didn't get a shaving kit in the bathroom and it took three phone calls to get the kit eventually. And the reception was even impatient about the above mentioned. The toilet was not cleansed even though they made the room up.

Ok facility, rooms need updating. Staff friendly enough the cleaner being the most professional.

The property was well appointed in the city. The breakfast included was very nice and fresh with good choices.

The bed was two twin bed put together therefore a gap in the middle of the bed. The toilet broke with a continued flow of water making a flushing sound all night I need to hold up the ball cot with a glass to stop until maintain came in the morning. The rooms are outdated

Superb

I am not sure if my room is upgraded to M floor, as it was different from the room i got in my 2nd stay. The room is spacious compare to other hotel in Singapore I think, i felt comfortable with my family. The in-room dining food is good and the price is very reasonable, it is even cheaper than the restaurants in Singapore Zoo. The swimming pool is small but we were fine with that as not many people swimming there. A Chinese staff from Concierge is very friendly and helpful. He always took good care of our luggage and he even recognised me on my 2nd stay once i got off from taxi. Unfortunately i forgot to ask for his name to give him a compliment. In short, we had a pleasant stay here.

I tried to connect wifi once i went into room as i need to work, i tried 45 mins but still could not connect to the wifi by the way told by reception when checking in. I have tried to call the service desk for more than 20 mins, but no one picked up my call. Well, not so happy but i understand as i worked in hotel for more than 10 years. I gave up eventually. I went to the concierge and they taught me to connect it as "hotel visitor" instead of "hotel guest".

Great for business trip, but not for family.

The room is big and comfort, swimming pool and gym room clean and nice.

The breakfast very little choice, 2days stay here almost same dishes. I will give only 2/10 of the buffet breakfast. Even the local style Singapore food can't found here (nasi lemak, curry chicken...etc). 1 of the day have both porridge and chicken porridge, but have no rice? The food really make me feel disappointed. Others than breakfast, the facilities all were great.

Nice hotel in a great location

This is a clean and comfortable well run hotel in a good location in Singapore. The room is a good size and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We only stayed one night but we were pretty happy.

After a long day of walking around and shopping we decided to have a drink on the bar at the hotel. This was unfortunately closed for a private function. Can’t help bad timing I guess. What we did notice was that the front desk staff didn’t seem very engaging. On check out we couldn’t find any and a concierge staff member helped us find someone (even though the hotel had sent a message asking what time we were checking out). The staff that turned up were just like the checkin staff …. Efficient but not the least bit friendly. We are used to that in Australia but not in Singapore.

We arrived late as flight delayed. We were put in a suite on the 29th floor. Suite Excellent.

Exceptional

The room was clean, big and beautifully decorated. There were activities arranged for the kids and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to club Manager Roy for the special arrangement making the staycation celebration really awesome and memorable.
