El mar más bonito que he visto y el mejor servicio!

el mar es el mas bonito de Cancun!!!! El servicio y amabilidad de todo el staff es increíble!

El cuarto es muy pequeño y nos tocaron toallas manchadas. En general el hotel se ve viejo y no hay mucha variedad de restaurantes.

Very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

New. The staff is so welcoming. Good quality of food. Clean hotel.

Most of the activities are on the beach/pool, so if it's a bad weather, there's not much to do.

唯一满意的是服务员态度比较好

这次体验感不是很舒服性价比有些差酒店条件和价格不匹配酒店规模小酒店大堂是我看到简单装修细节不到位景观也一般房间比较大隔音设备差晚上比较吵被安排一间房间还在大堂上面大堂楼下酒吧吵闹影响休息海滩海藻很多设施简单泳池基本就一个可以用儿童泳池没有休息椅子不合适孩子们游玩餐饮比较失望早餐种类单一没有什么选择午餐也没有合适的餐厅晚餐除了墨西哥餐厅比较美味日式铁板烧和烤肉店不太好烤肉店工作人员少等待时间很长口味一般总之万豪坎昆这次感觉没有想象和网评那么好

wonderful and peaceful

The hotel was so beautiful excellent friendly staff that treats their client very well even for people of colour. I went their with my sisters and my mom and we all enjoyed our stay there. highly recommend! A bit expensive for the food but if you make a budget in advance it should be good!

10/10 and will like to stay at again but not many supermarkets near.

A lot of space and had so many activities to do.

No supermarket near by so getting groceries was hard. There are buses but it is hard to tell when to get off.

gods kid friendly hotel with excellent very large hot tub and large pool ti

excellent location right on the beach fabulous very large hot tub large pool good food at restaurants waiters try hard to please

very loud music playing in foyer so difficult to fall asleep. kids playing soccer game in courtyard outside room cheering loudly which also made it difficult to stay asleep

The server at the lower part of the beach. Very rude person. Told us that we couldn't sit next to the bench.told in a un professional maner.that we needed to buy something.he pressured us.i told him we're gust at the hotel.but still .didn't fix the situation. We had to move.felt very uncomfortable .didn't feel like we belonged there.if you like to talk to me my name is victor zendejas. Stayed therefor 4 nights.never has this happened to me .hope you fix this.we would love to come back.thank you

it was clean, nice rooms

the staff all have different answers to questions, as if not everyone knows the hotels policy. they also put me in a situation that they could have easily fixed but chose not to. i decided to only spend one night & went to another hotel. the drivers the hotel selected over charged me thinking i don’t know how to do simple math w| the exchange rate & even after all of that i asked them to change my usd to mxn peso

Terrible

Hotel is acceptable, but service was terrible

The hotel had an event that played very loud music until 1.00am in the morning. When we asked to be moved to a quieter room, they charged us for an upgrade !!! Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk service that told us to speak to Booking as it wasn’t their problem.
