Convenient, comfortable and cozy stay! Definitely will be back!

Breakfast was yummy. Close quarters to casino great. I was a bit confused receiving an email stating we drank a $75 champagne from the mini bar after we left when all we had was a coffee espresso pod and tea and sugar but it was resolved quickly and easily with a phonecall. I am just unsure how the stocktaking of the room takes place after leaving in view of thos. Otherwise very happy and will stay again.

Good location, comfortable room

Staff were great at hotel and restaurants. Breakfasts were great - delicious and nice variety. The Granola breakfast was the best ever! The room was nice and comfortable. Location was good, near the lagoon, boardwalk and restaurants.

Pool area was dated, and no towels were available when we visited a few times. Spa jets didn't all work, and there were no instructions where the on button was, so I couldn't even find it the first time I visited. Breakfast eating area, unfortunately, was a busy thoroughfare, so not ideal.

A great hotel with harbour view and good service.

Breakfast was great .... room on the large size, bed was good the towels were big and new. And good views from nice balcony.

It was all good except the bed

The bed had two massive dips in the mattress. The pillows look great but way too high to sleep on. Told hotel, no response.

The reception guy in the morning gave us wrong information. He was reluctant to give free car parking even though it was mentioned in the email same for drinks vouchers also he gave wrong directions for parking!

The location, room size , bathroom size and bathroom facilities as well as the wrap around verandah

The musky smell when you walked into the room. Would have preferred a smorgasbord breakfast option rather than a menu.

Beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in for accommodation.

The location and beds are amazing here thats why I keep coming back even though this time we where given single beds. Meals are terrific at all locations within the facility.

We where given single beds this time they did offer to change but opted to stay with them but beds were still comfortable .

Pricey but lovely room and good location.

The bed was very comfy, great water view & nice spa bath.

The pool was cold, needed heating. Didn’t get the drink voucher that was part of the deal purchased, even after mentioning to reception.

Overall, It was a nice stay. I would recommend it to others and potentially stay there again myself

The room was okay. I didn't order breakfast. The location was convenient. Close to everything. I liked that there were so many connections for my devices to use so I wasn't limited to working at one space.

The shower. It was either too hot or too cold. I couldn't get it to a temperature to stand under the water. I like to be on a patio, but it was sad not to have a nice view. I couldn't connect to the free WiFi so I used my hotspot.

Would have been an excellent stay apart from the wake up in the early hours

Breakfast was great, location great. The room being on the 2nd floor we heard a lot of noise from staff emptying bins etc of empty bottles at 2am to 3am .

not what you would expect for the money. I’ve stayed in much finer hotels for less.

Considering the main thing you use a hotel room for is sleeping, there was no way to block the light. Honestly it was as bright as daylight in our room. The shutters close but the gaps still allowed all the light from the street and other buildings in. Also checking in is awkward because you can’t tell where the entrance is. There’s the Pullman International just across the road. Book there. I wish I did.

Fabulously comfy bed, room was soooo clean and the views were fantastic, breakfasts were super delicious and the hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

always like the location evening so close

we booked city view we were allocated harbour view , we have stayed this side before and found this side noisy at night also the lights from the road stream into your room this is the reason we asked for city view ( which we have stayed before)
