New hotel. Good rooms.

Nice room view of the canal. Brand new hotel. Far from the center.

No so friendly staff, paying for the garage in the property, and to use the pool you will need a swimming cap, if you don’t have one you will need to buy a €5 for a swimming cap, even if you are bald!

Super bien situé pour découvrir Aveiro

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé et possibilité d'aller visiter Aveiro à pied sans reprendre la voiture. Parking sécurisé au sous-sol de l'hôtel. Grande chambre confortable avec vue sur le canal. Petites attentions de l'hôtel avec distribution de petites gourmandises locales. Enorme buffet de petit déjeuner.

Très bon hôtel. Ce n'est pas du tout un hôtel intimiste mais plutôt une grande chaine avec beaucoup de monde mais pour autant le confort est top et le personnel très accueillant.

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Hotel bem localizado. Boa escolha para a localização do refeitório.

As janelas do quarto relativamente pequenas. Demora na limpeza do quarto.

Apesar de tudo agradável

- Terem permitido fazer late check out até às 14h sem cobrarem mais por isso; - O gesto simpático de terem no quarto ovos moles de Aveiro

- O ar condicionado do quarto mantinha temperatura ambiente de acordo com o determinado centralmente. Ou seja, foi impossível arrefecer o quarto uma vez que o comando não permitia baixar a temperatura. Tratando-se dum hotel 5 estrelas é inconcebível este facto. O AC não é um verdadeiro AC à vontade do cliente mas sim à vontade do termostato dos responsáveis do hotel. - Muito embora tenha pago o estacionamento, tb considero inconcebível que cobrem pelo carregamento de veículos eléctricos, quando têm 2 carregadores tesla destination charger (publicitados no site da tesla) operacionais mas fechados a cadeado. Inconcebível quererem fazer lucro à custa de uns míseros euros apesar de, repito, ter pago o estacionamento no hotel; - Pequeno almoço aquém das expectativas: dou exemplo dos ovos estrelados estarem, não estrelados, mas cozidos. - Saliento ainda pela negativa o colchão da cama que se revelou muito duro. Num hotel de 5 estrelas não sabem o que é um sobre-colchão? Aspetos positivos: - Terem permitido fazer late check out até às 14h sem cobrarem mais por isso.

Esperávamos mais.

Quarto grande. Bom café da manhã.

Ralo entupido no box , que inundou o quarto no primeiro banho. Falha na rede de tv, q foi consertada uma hora depois. Cortina do quarto com ganchinhos arrebentados, que resultaram em claridade de manhã. Muito poucos funcionários para o tamanho do hotel.

Very good location, clean, very rich breakfast, all the staff was very helpful with pleasure. In the price the spa were included!! I recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel, but awful food. Do yourself a favour and go out to dinner.

Nice location, nice room and polite staff good check-in and a great massage which we appreciated.

The dinner we had that first night was truly awful. I had a starter where the scallops were barely cooked and leaking water. Then a monkfish stew that was all salt and no seasoning. The meal ended with a disaster of a creme brulee that had curdled so it looked (and tasted) more like scrambled eggs. They offered us another desert, but by then the damage was done. This was indifferent cooking by someone unskilled or careless. I don't understand why four-star hotels employ cooks when there are so many talented young chefs out there who take the quality of their cooking to another level.

Lovely location and facility.

The breakfast was fabulous with lots of great choices.

They were understaffed for serving dinner. The food was mediocre. The spa/pool was difficult to use - had to wear swim caps and schedule a time to utilize.

Poor value for money, looks fancy from outside but is just overpriced inside

Room was okay and tidy

Poor value for money: - Spider was crawling out of our bed when we arrived - Spa is really dirty (green mould on the showers) - Breakfast very limited and poor quality

This is at the most a three star hotel disguised as a five star hotel.

The receptionists are friendly and efficient both at check-in and check-out.

The restaurant is terrible, although the food was okay, the service in none existing.
