La vue sur la cité depuis la salle de restaurant / petit-déjeuner. Un copieux petit déjeuner fait maison. Des fontaines à eau disponibles dans les étages et une vente de snack pour les fringales de minuit.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la Citè, sia pur un po' faticosamente giacché c'è una bella salita (ma è tutta salute!). Il ponte che collega le due sponde è di per se un'opera d'arte,
Il fiume sulla cui sponda è eretto l'edificio rilassa tantissimo ed è molto bello. Davanti vi è una storica Cappella dedicata alla Madonna da cui parte il cammino di Santiago
La visuale delle mura del castello di notte come all'alba lascia senza fiato.
Visuale che si apprezza vieppiù dalla panoramica sala delle colazioni. 10 e lode!
Stanza molto stilosa, funzionale e dotata di ogni confort. Molto pulita. letto comodissimo, materassi super.
Potete ritirare della ottima acqua da appositi dispenser piazzati qui e lì. Ascensore velocissimo.
La presenza di una piscina al 3° piano (piccolo capolavoro di idraulica e architettura) impreziosisce ulteriormente la complessiva qualità di questo hotel che fa dell'approccio smart and user friendly il suo vero punto di forza.
Tribe Carcassonne è facente parte di un circuito di altri hotel collegati al colosso Mercure che adottano uno stile più giovanile e informale mettendo a proprio agio il più possibile la clientela. Nel solco di questa impostazione il giovane Staff dell'Hotel si presenta e agisce con modi molto simpatici ed alla mano ma anche pronto a soddisfare le varie richieste di clienti sempre più bizzosi e stravaganti, come anche il sottoscritto,
Qualche piccola imperfezione organizzativa non inficia il giudizio nel complesso ottimo.
Il check-in alle 15.00 può essere un disagio ma è compensato da un check-out alle 12.00 molto comodo.

Chambre propre, et literie confortable.
Salle de bain trop petite, quasiment pas de passage entre le lit et la fenêtre. Mauvaise isolation, il faudrait revoir le vitrage, on entend tous les bruits de la rue.
impossible de fermer la porte des toilettes! Il n’y a pas de place pour mettre les jambes ! Jamais vu ça! Accueil bizarrement fait,petit et face à l’ascenseur, c’est à dire que quand il y a du monde cela bloque le passage … personnel plus ou moins sympathique , cela dépend des personnes.
Il est certain que cet hôtel ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles et de ce fait son prix.

La ubicación, puedes ir andando a visitar Carcassona. Además tiene parking cerrado, aunque si tienes suerte en la puerta hay una pequeña plaza donde se puede aparcar gratis. El personal es amable, la responsable del desayuno hasta nos habló en español y nos aconsejó hacer las fotos desde la azotea. Las camas eran cómodas.
El desayuno algo pobre, no es muy variado pero aceptable.
Las dos puertas diferenciando el lavabo y ducha del inodoro, se queda el inodoro como si estuvieras dentro de una cabina.
No me dieron exactamente las dos habitaciones con balcón y vistas a la ciudad que había reservado aunque si me cobraron como si hubiera sido así.

En la info de la habitación dice que hay minibar, pero solo hay una cafetera Nespresso, de minibar no hay ni nevera.

The location was perfect, very central.
Staff couldn’t be more helpful, our flight was cancelled due to strikes and the staff straight away sorted us out.
They advised on buses, times etc to Lake and showed us where to get on.
Rooms cleaned regularly & we had an amazing view of the river & castle
Breakfast was lovely, lots of fresh, varied options

The location was excellent - very near the bridge to the Citadel and close to the main City too. Easy to walk to from the Shuttle bus.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having a pool was a bonus. Fantastic views of the Citadel. Breakfast was delicious with huge variety and choice.
There were no shelves, cupboards or drawers to put anything away. Apart from a few hangers we had to live out of the suitcase for 5 days.
The room was very dark (black) and quite sombre.
My friend's bedside light didn't work which we reported on the first day. Nothing was done about it the whole stay.
There was a horrible smell on the stairs.

En la planta superior hay una terraza desde donde se ven las vistas del castillo. De noche espectacular! El parking es interior y no cobran adicionalmente. El desayuno bueno y variado
No hay habitaciones familiares. El color de las habitaciones demasiado oscuro. La piscina y el gimnasio no funcionaban

L'emplacement est super avec une vue sur la citadelle.
Par contre dans la chambre il y avait une auréole au plafond, le lit était particulièrement haut et en ce qui concerne la salle bain j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un hôpital, car tout était en un bloc avec juste un rideau pour la douche.
En ce qui concerne la piscine.... catastrophique il y a de l'humidité de partout, ce qui fait que les murs partent en lambeaux et sont moisis et l'eau de la piscine était trouble.... Beurk

Location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the toilet separate from the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the staff lovely. Bella on reception was very nice.

Location of the hotel is good and the friendliness of the breakfast team. In comparison the main reception team were quite distant and not as willing to help.
We paid extra for a room with a view but this turned out to be the car park rather than the lovely view that was expected. Room 104 shouldn't be advertised as the same rate as the rooms directly opposite the citadel. It was very disappointing, you can see the citadel but only at an angle and the main view is the car park! The rooms were dark, toilet was a converted wardrobe and very cramped, there were paper cups for the coffee, no milk supplied and the hotel in general is more like a 2 star rather than a 4 star!

Well situated. Great view of the old city. Great roof terrace and pool. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, right beside the Vieux Pont, river, rooftop terrace with the medieval citadel just across the river - splendid.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Make sure to ask for a river view room if you want to see the citadel from your room.
Plenty of free street parking across the road and along the river.
The hotel is desperately in need of a deep clean. Carpets full of stains and a general refresh of paint on walks needed. Definitely felt we were staying in (at most) a 3* hotel, not a 4*
The standard double rooms are quite compact, but adequate.
The roofterrace is a great asset, but could do with a canopy/awning when it rains.
Drinks menu over priced for the region.
Street below can be quite noisy with traffic and departing tour coaches in the morning.

Location was great! Easy to get to new town and old Town.
On our 2nd morning we woke to having no power in our room, so there fore no shower and it was only a few rooms around us that had no power. No offers were made to shower else where. Found that the bar in the hotel was closed at 9pm.
