Superb location & fabulous breakfast!!

Super location.. walkable distance to tram. Just 4 stops (less than 10 mints) to Zurich HB by tram. So helpful staff.. Special rate for car parking.

Satisfait se notre séjour sans plus

L'accueil et le personnel. L'architecture des zones communes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel. La zone piscine était très bien Cette hôtel fait le boulot

Les chambres pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants sont petite et il n'y a pas d'armoire ou de rangement pour entreposer nos affaires. La carte du repas pour le souper n'est pas très fournie et les repas sont trop cher pour la nourriture proposée. Il faut aussi savoir qu'une partie de la carte déjà pas bien grande n'est pas disponible le soir.. De plus au check-out l'hôtel nous a facturer le petit déjeuner ainsi que celui des enfants (qui ne paie pas) alors que nous avions déjà réglé ses frais au check-in. Il faut être très attentif !

Buen hotel y buena localización

La piscina cubierta; desayuno abundante y rico; gel y champú de rituals; cerca de la estación de tren y parada de tranvía cerca de la entrada.

Cuando llegamos el sofá cama estaba sin montar y el edredón sin funda que lo colocaron la ultima noche. Ruido molesto en la habitación; posiblemente del aparato de aire acondicionado/calefacción.Precios elevados pero como todos los precios en Suiza.

Decent place to stay

Good place to stay overall. Once again, booking.com rates this place lower than other third grade places, but trust me - a 7 with 100s of reviews is a much better place than a 10 with 10 reviews. Breakfast was very good and the highlight of the place. Staff was on and off, some were really good, and some just ok. We stayed there for 5 nights, and it was amazing how easy it is to get on the train from nearby stations (Technopark and Schiffbau), and be able to get to all the prime locations in Zurich within 15-20 mins. Nearby, there is not a lot of good locations from a convenience standpoint, but it's decent. Rooms are good size. We had some trouble with getting them to fill general items in the room, but it was not that big of a deal. There is not much of a view from the windows, but it's ok overall. Beds are comfortable and it's great that they have USB (type A) outlets in the rooms.

Air-conditioning was a bit weak, but they provided us with a "ventilator", basically a table fan. It did the job.

A convenient and reliable hotel for a one night stay at end of a holiday walking in the Alps.

Convenient location and reliable for quality and cleanliness.

Had to wait quite a while at reception as only one person was on the desk and there was a queue. Bed was rather too soft.

OK...would not return with children due to location

Room was booked including 2 childen...only 1 double bed was made. The sofa bed was not ready and we had to make up the sofa bed for the children...the duvet for the sofa bad had no sheets also
