Very nice staff

I just stayed here for refreshing myself for going to the airport. The staff did everything they could to give me a early check-in. I got even an upgrade of my room. Very pleasant. They provided me good information about transport.

El aire acondicionado.

Mucho ruido con el abrir y cerrar de puertas. Internet es penoso. Apenas llegaba al mega y se desconectaba a menudo. La habitación olía "raro" Sensación de estar en un burdel entrando y saliendo gente constantemente. Al quejarme de los ruidos y no poder dormir, el recepcionista me dice que " aquí es normal" Falta de profesionalidad. No puedes abrir la ventana porque las Palomas tienen sus nidos fuera y pueden entrar. Ventana llena de excrementos de paloma sin limpiar desde hará meses... La TV cambiaba sola de canal cuando el vecino de al lado cerraba la puerta de manera violenta:D El sensor anti incendios reventando. La habitación se comunicaba con la de al lado por medio de otra puerta 🤨 Depósito de 100RG que no aparece en booking Penoso todo.

This is a great hotel. I am very happy with my stay.

Very friendly gentleman at the reception. He even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was very nice. There were 2 free water bottles as well. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The hotel is at a great location if you need to catch a train in the morning. :)) Great prices for the stay as well! Can absolutely recommend this hotel.

You need to pay 100 MYR in cash as a deposit. The room was cleaned but I saw a cockroach on the floor at night, but I don’t mind that much. The shower drain was clogged so the bathroom floor was covered in water after I showered. But these were just a minor problems for me. Overall the hotel is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

My room is near to the pub. Loud music at night until around 1.30am. Can’t sleep peacefully.

not too bad, but not great experience

not very close to the city centre, but the Montreal green line is just 10 mins walk. friendly and helpful staff, the room has got a modern style.

overall cleaning was not great, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and stains on the bedsheets bathroom is very exposed, ok for a solo traveller but not too much of a privacy for a couple. I could hear people talking from next door, lack of insulation as well as music from the bar on the street

Poor sound insulation

Poor sound insulation, they don't deserve the rating. I can't even sleep well and do my work as the room next to me is so noisy with the TV sound. I booked for two nights but ended up I stay for one night only.

PLS AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST !!!

Totally Heaven and Hell Apart !!!!! The Pictures look so Nice , New and Bright ... The Rooms are very old and Run Down.. I Do understand that i am only paying RM139 for 2 nights.. My Original choice of hotels nearby are taken up. Thats why i had to go with Royce Hotel. The hotel lobby aircon is strong .. that is the only good thing i can say

Upon check in , The previous Guest complain of Cockroaches . And when i step in , I was Greeted with a baby Coackroach. I had to Kill it and i din want to ask for a Room change. Cos If the whole hotel is Infested with Cockroaches , It will not make sense to go thru the hassel and yet i might be greeted with another cockroaches. I stayed for 2 nights, the 2nd day . After the Makeup room, the new Pillow case had a Foul Smell..... so disgusting.. I had brought my own pillow case.... WIFI is slow and i did purchase a Tourist SIm. If you depend on thre Slow WIFI for your grab ride...good Luck !!! Its very ironic that they ask you to fill up a survey form after check out........

酒店设施很好的，但是旁边很吵，凌晨两点还在放音乐，我的房间听的很清楚，我一个夜晚没睡觉，隔壁很差，我还以为隔壁开派对，后来才知道隔壁是一家类似酒吧的

Do not go on pictures on Booking.com, it’s a big LIE!

The only thing I like, it was near to KL Sentral, easy access to LRT.

At first, it was totally opposite of what it was shown in the pictures, 2ndly room was so congested, washroom mirror was broken, there was no jet spray, wardrobe door was broken and room curtains was not working properly. There was no scraper/viper in washroom, our dustbin was full at first day but nobody came to change it, and by the time we were not at accommodation they went to room for cleaning, which I think is not appropriate.

You get what you pay for.

Chosen for proximity to KL Sentral. And price. And having access to hot tub was a bonus.

Noisy night club(?) downstairs until 2-3am. Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night. Need to buy earplugs. Also, there was a drip in the bathroom from room / piping above. Ceiling constantly wet and dripping through.

In general as a budget hotel, the experience is okay

The property is value for the money, walking distance to KL sentral, many shops around here. Mansour (in the reception) is the best, if you have a problem he will help

Maybe the most annoying thing is the smell. I think because of high humidity and not enough ventilation

good to compare with price. wifi not stable at all

this hotel walk 10-15 mins from monorail sentral. staff is good and friendly.

It was disappointing.

I liked that it was quite close to the station but difficult to find initially. It had some basic things which is good.

The main problem was cleanliness was quite poor. There was hair on the bed and the pillow covers were dirty.
