Hotel antiguo pero muy bien situado

Descanso y paseo por CDMX

La limpieza, la cercania al centro. Personal amable y servicial. Mando felicitaciones a Rosalba y Eddie. Muy amables. Me dejaron resguardar mis maletas cuando llegue a las 9 am. Mientras me fui a pasear al centro. Mi check in fue a las 1pm. Estubo excelente.

No pongan sopa de fideo como desayuno. Fue lo unico que no me gusto. Quien desayuna sopa de fideo a las 8am ??!. Enserio , sopa de fideo?! Se pasan. Mejor pongan tocino, salchica. Comida mas adoc al desayuno. Hotcakes, chilaquiles por ejemplo. Yogurt , waffles, fruta, cereal , cafe , huevito, frijoles excelente. Felicidades. Pero en general todo estubo excelente.

Ciudad de México y su centro histórico, vale la pena conocer.

La ubicación en centro de la Ciudad de México fue inmejorable, la relación precio/producto es costo efectiva.

Desafortunadamente encontré una pulga en el tapete. Me hubiera gustado tener una nevera en la habitación, en verano que fuimos hubiera sido maravilloso.

Everything we needed.

The staff were terrific and our room was clean and comfortable. The location close to Plaza de la Constitución was excellent.

It was a little tired and needed a bit upgrading however it is a beautiful old building with an amazing glass ceiling.

Für einen Zwischenstop in Mexiko City eine excellente Wahl!

Das Frühstück ist separat zu buchen; der Raum befindet sich im Hotel. Die Früstücksqualität und der Service sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr um den Gast bemüht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist außergewöhnlich gut. In der Umgebung findet man eine Vielzahl von guten kleinen Restaurants und Bars. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht im Centro Historica und nicht in der Nähe der Reforma. Man ist also auf Taxis angewiesen, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

La ubicación, yo lleve carro y tiene servicio de pensión, el.costo es 260 pesos las 24 hrs, pero creo que los vale por que una vez que llegas al Zocalo, si quieres ya no lo sacas y lo dejas ahi; o puedes ir a pasear y luego lo dejas por el mismo precio. El desayuno que incluye el hospedaje tmb esta de 10 y la atención del personal es excelente

Fantastic location and amazing beds!

Very comfortable beds Big closet Separate living room No noise on 6th floor Fold out sofa bed in living room Black out curtains Microwave and fridge in room Staff were VERY NICE & HELPFUL Very close to Zocalo - only a few mins walk Loved the breakfast - waffles, eggs, Mexican food, fruits, cereal, toast, yogurt, juices, vegetables, beans... Have a lovely sitting area in reception with tables and chairs Good Security Next door to a fabulous restaurant.

Some rooms were moist and smelt moldy (our friends) Other floors were very noisy No pool I left my charger plugged in beside the bed but when I called a few hours after checking out, the cleaners said it was not there, so I never got it back unfortunately.

The location is excellent. The Hotel is 3 blocks from Zocalo. The staff is available 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent not much variety but the Coffee of Holla is amazing. The best part of all for me was that the hotel has free washing and a dryer for laundry. I was thrilled with this service that is not advertised. The hotel is beautiful on the exterior and the interior if you like colonial places. It has an elevator and it is not too big or too small. The rooms have nice showers and places to sit and rest beside your regular bed. The hotel offers daily, 2 bottles of water which is great in Mexico. They have great security at the entrance and a secure door that you open only with your card. The hotel also has 2 good restaurants on the first floor. The beds are very comfortable.

Good location, secure hotel. Nice,big, spacious room.

Breakfast is so basic. When I was having breakfast, there were no coffee left at 8:00 am. Waited for almost 10 minutes to get the coffee.

Thank you for an overall great stay!

The location, check in and the room we're great.

The room cleaning was disappointing, we asked the cleaner to come back in an hour and she said it would he too late. So we just got fresh towels and the trash emptied. The next day, we came back around 4pm and she was in the room and said it would be another 20 minutes. We had been gone for 4 hours. It was frustrating. 😞

Good value and very close to Zocalo square.

Loved the location. It is very close to Zacalo square and there are many stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a nice breakfast buffet.

We had a King bed with sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the sofa looked very aged. I would recommend replacing the sofa bed as it does not add to the aesthetics.
