Muy recomendable

El trato del personal sigue siendo excelente. Han ido renovando las habitaciones. La ubicación es perfecta (metrobus, trolebús y metro a una cuadra de distancia.

Las habitaciones que dan a la Av. Cuauhtémoc a veces son ruidosas por las ambulancias en la noche. Hay 4 hospitales cercanos.

Honestamente no nos gustó el hotel. El señor Bellboy que nos atendió súper amable, creo que es lo más rescatable.

No nos gustaron las camas tan pequeñas e incómodas. No nos pareció que no se nos informaran de los problemas del agua que tenían, de haberlo sabido a tiempo hubiéramos cancelado la reserva. La primera noche que llegamos había agua pero en la mañana no había ni para jalarle a la taza del baño, no pudimos bañarnos a tiempo para llegar a nuestro compromiso. Al día siguiente lo mismo, y lo peor insisto, es que el personal del hotel no fue sincero al respecto y afectó nuestro viaje, decían que llegaba la pipa en 10 minutos y pasaban 2 horas. Muy desagradable experiencia. Feb. 2024

Awful wifi. Well located, one block from subway station, walking distance to Roma and Condesa spots.

The location is good, one block to the Hospitales subway station, which is an useful line to go to and from the city center. It's also at the edge of the Roma neighborhood, which is sprinkled with hipster coffee shops and great little places to eat. If you walk another 20', you get to Condesa which is even fancier.

The wi-fi connection was spotty and bad. Sometimes it didn't work for hours. Connections were dropped all the time, you could get a stronger signal from the nearby hotel. Also, I thought the breakfast was included, so I didn't ended up eating it because it was pricey, and you have a lots of very good options at walking distance. Cleaning wasn't great under the bed.

Nice comfortable, clean hotel. Safe area. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the AC was not working properly and the room was hot, however, the area was safe enough that I was able to leave the window open for some fresh air.

Where's the pool?

Room with 3 beds for 3 people.

Booked because the photos on their website had a pool. When we arrived I asked for pool location and staff informed me they had remodeled parts of the hotel and they removed the pool area.

The facilities are so old and poorly taken care of like the rug in the hallway, the shower has a lot of scum, shampoo and soap are of very low quality and were not replaced, bad wifi
