The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoy

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting CENTRO ALBARSHA BY ROTANA !! The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Bland, odd, boring, outdated, but cheap

availability and brand name

old TV, old telephone, odd posiioning of the room with no natural light, one glass wall facing lower and upper floors and elevators, felt like anyone could see into the room. no balcony and no access to outside world. very odd.

Central location Affordable Good quality service

The bed headboard was discolored in clear need of maintainance. There were several stains on the curtain. Rooms lack maintainance. The room service food was not great it used to be better

شيء سيء واداره الاوتيل سيئه في هذا الموضوع المالي

بعض الموظفين وخاصه اثناء الدفع والمعاملات الماليه سيئين جدا وأغلبهم لا يعلمون عن طرق التعامل مع حجرات بوكينج لمجرد ان موظف غير موجود كل شيء خرب والعامل يكون في الغرفه للمطالبه بالمال مع العلم الخطأ من طرفهم مع اكثر من اتصال

اتصالات كثيره بسبب ليله مع اني متواجد ف الفندق من ٦ ايام وقمت بالدفع والأكل وانفاق الكثير وهم لا يتنظرون والمؤسف يرسلون موظف يتحدث بطريقه غير لائقه الي الغرفه وينتظر ع الباب ويتعامل بأسلوب قذر

The room was really neat. The staff (Atif at the reception and Mira from housekeeping) are polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Great stay, great location!!

I always enjoy my stay at Centro. Mr Mohammed is always so kind and friendly. He even gave me an upgrade on my room. Mr Mohammed checked on me to make sure everything was going well. Great stay and great location!

hotel awake me with useless calls in the room

I am always bothered by calls from the desk who calls me while I am sleeping !! I told them several times that I don’t want to receive any call in my room but it seems they don’t care ! they keep awake me with their call ! so I am paying 80$ a night an hotel to be disturbed in my sleep and it’s very frustrating ! i wanted to extend here but will look for another hotel right away !!

Awesome stay

Amazing hotel, very comfortable and clean room. Good located - right next to Mall of the Emirates and a metro station. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We had an awesome stay!

i will not come back to this hotel for sure

nothing because i didnt like it

it was only two nights busy two days the first night when i reached the wc was not clean its not the cleaning boy problem the flash it may be old so i saw peice of s* today early morning i wanted to iron my clothes it wasnt working when i picked the phone to speak to costumer service the phone was low bettery i will not come back to this hotel for sure
