هذه أول تجربة لي للإقامة في الفندق وكانت مريحة جداً جداً جداً .. أوصي بها بشدة .. كما أنها تتميز بقربها من أماكن التسوق

- التعامل الراقي من الموظفين - الهدوء في المرافق جو الفندق عائلي - الاحساس الراحة والانتماء لكونه يعطي شعور كأننا في منزلنا - الاهتمام الكبير بالنظافة - جودة الطعام المقدم من room service - الغرفة واسعة - بوفيه الافطار كان مناسب وجودة المذاق كانت جيدة جدا … ولكن يحتاج البوفيه الى اضافة اطباق اخرى

- المواقف ضيقة - الجدران غير عازله للصوت حيث اننا نسمع صوت الغرف المجاورة بوضوح - يرجى توفير قائمة الطعام في الغرف (مطبوعه او معروضه على شاشة التلفزيون) لتسهيل الطلب عند الحاجة

انا اسكن هذا الفندق للمره الثانيه ، وكل مره اكتشف الراحه والهدوء في هذا الفندق

الفندق جميل جداً ، الفندق نظيف ، يستحق 5 نجوم ، خلف الفندق يوجد مسجد كبير وكذلك سوبر ماركت ، ومطعم مندي اسمه مطعم زمزم خلف المطعم يوجد عدد 2 صيدليات ومطاعم متنوعه مقابل السيتي سنتر ، وكذلك يوجد تحت الفندق مواقف للسيارات ، اشكر كل العاملين بالفندق من موظفين الرسبشن والسكرتيه اللي يساعدون النزيل بالفندق بأيقاف السيارة في موقف الفندق

Very happy and satisfied so that’s why I keep coming back to this hotel.

Location walking distance to my office. Friendly staff and everybody always smiling.

I think some bathroom supplies you need to request on a daily basis like dental kit, vanity kit and shaving kit. Majority of the hotel I stayed it is automatic everyday.

It's always a memorable time at J5 hotel. The Hotel and staff make your stay an absolutely great one

The Location of J5 hotel from the Airport, Metro deira city centre mall and other good feature in dubai is absolutely magnificent. The hotel is extremely clean, Well kept, very Good breakfast and the staff are super attentive to detail and all the time I was there the staff kept checking up on me.

Absolutely nothing that could capture my eye as being Negative to my stay at J5 Hotel. I Enjoyed my stay and I always enjoy my time at J5 hotels. Lively place and lovely people. It's a place to be for any one looking to stay in deira city centre.

One of the best hotels in the area

Staff are the most valuable asset of this hotel. They are all lovely, polite, and attentive to the guests. Mai, Edward, and Farouk are exceptionally nice. You will leave with remarkable experience and wonderful memories, that is for sure. I liked the size of the roof swimming pool, the size of the rooms and the upgraded smart TVs. The location is superb and close to the Deira City Center (for shopping and dinning obviously) as well as Dubai Airport (for long transit flights). There is also a park nearby for recreational activities.

For my 9 days with my Family there, we really liked how clean was the Hotel, how supportive,, smiling, attentive,.. the staff were. Our stay was so amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Pasindu, Pankaj and Team F&b. And the entire team in general. All were amazing.
