Céntrico pero no muy cómodo

La ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad

Sofá incómodo y no del todo limpio. Si hay que pagar 49 euros de limpieza final, espero encontrar la casa limpia. Encontramos algun utensilio de cocina que estaba sin lavar.

Intolerable. Couldn’t stay there, there was no stay.

If you are thinking of booking here, STOP! It is a scam. Totally uninhabitable! It’s an attic with NO WINDOWS that open on the 5th floor of a 4 story building. No air conditioning nor ventilation. Not possible to stay there. We saw it and refused and they would not give a refund, nor patial refund for a 4 day booking. DON’T do it. It’s horrible!!! Staff was rude. Booking.com did nothing to help. This place should not be listed.

It is a scam. Should not be listed. Do not book this place. We were stunned that we did not get support from booking.com. We will never use them again.

Our experience was excellent. The location is a 10+. The apartment was absolutely super clean.

The apartment was beautiful full of charm. The building was really special, very historic. The location is perfect. Everything is within a 5 minute walk.

The pull out bed was very squeaky. Every time our 9 year old daughter moved she was woken up. Sadly this was a problem but the only one.

The apartment was lovely but needed some upgrades.

The location was amazing. The apartment was bright and airy. Really lovely and clean. There was a lift (although scary 🤣)

The sofa bed was really rough. Loud and uncomfortable. The shower worked on and off.

Location

The shower urtqin really smells like a dogs towel thats been dried up. Lights not working on the living room. The sofa needs steam clean atleast. There is a stain on the sofa. Both window curtains is not properly secure and will fall off when you opened it

This apartment has potential but needs some work.

This apartment has so much potential! It’s in a great location and is a great size. But it felt like it had not had a good clean in a while and there was many things out of order or not up to standard.

The shower head is broken you have to hold the hose up. The dishwasher was broken. The WiFi password was incorrect. The communication regarding check in and check out was difficult, I was constantly chasing details. The couch was stained. There was also stains on the wall, most noticeably in the bathroom.

Friendly Marcel greeting us and the apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Good location!

Bit chilly and couldn't figure out heating - instructions would be helpful :) Comms was a bit last minute Sofa bed very creaky and loud!

Great for short-stay

Great location, easily assess the city centre. Got all the essentials in the apartment.

The bed was just big enough to fit us in. The duvet was a little small. The information about the cleaning charge was not too clearly stated.

Okay stay but could be better

Location was the best thing about the property.

Mattress was comfortable but the pillows really weren’t so we didn’t have a great night sleep. The flat initially looked clean but it really wasn’t. Very average and high level cleaning. Checkin was from 4pm (which is already quite late). We had agreed with the property that we would arrive by 4 and at 4.15 we were still waiting to be let in and the flat wasn’t clean yet. We waited to drop our luggage and then had to leave them to clean the flat so it wasn’t ready until after 5pm. We asked in advance if we could check-out after 10am but there was no response. We were flexible upon entry but there was no flexibility or responsiveness from their side. Not the best experience

Excellent location but some information needs refining!

The location was excellent. With a bus, scooters, bikes to rent outside our door ( although the apt says it comes with bikes it doesn't) the scooters are more fun to explore the city! A tram service around the corner is a fantastic location. The views are amazing also from the 5th floor.

The lack of clarity of when it came to the trash/waste and where to dispose of the glass and the procedure for the bins. The app which is very informative you download before your arrival, which is a great support, it states one thing but the bins in reality are the opposite. Confusing! The internet password was incorrect as per app. Look at the internet box for the router and the correct password!

Rude staff, terrible check-in, dirty apartment

Location

The staff where super rude. I spoke to them 3 days ahead, asking if my sister, who was going to do the check-in for me, as i was arriving much later, could pay the cleaning fee at her arrival. For 2 times i spoke to them by phone call, and i was asured that It would be no problem to pay the fee at the moment of the check-in. The day of the arrival they refused to come and give her the keys, and answer our calls until the fee was payed. The staff also started to sent rude mensages saying we knew very well it had to be paid ahead. Once i remembered them about the oposit information i was given 3 days earlyer they stopped anwsering me. I was never treated like this. At the check-in, the apartment was dirty, especially the coffe table. Never staying there again.

Trip to Bordeaux for 2 night

In the centre of city.

No soap, no sampon, no shower gel in apartment. In the description: there is avec parking!(that is why, i borrow a car) In Real no parking !!!! Only paid parking

Fabulous

Excellent location

France temperature in July meant heat was discomforting at night - apartment on the 5th floor - top floor was exposed to heat of the day. Would revisit but when temperature was cooler.
