Pleasant but should have been much better.

Location is good, staff is very cooperative. Breakfast is also a plus point.

La chambre spacieuse et le lit est confortable

Un client qui fume au niveau de la réception devant la réceptionniste sans lui dire que c'est interdit. Moi qui est non fumeur ça m'as déranger. Le parking qui est à 450m ou 500m de l'hôtel pas pratique du tout surtout avec un vol à 7h du matin et donc récupérer la voiture à 5h avec les valises et ça aussi ce n'est pas mentionné. Dans la salle de bain il y a une fuite assez importante au niveau du plafond, j'ai informé immédiatement la réception mais personne n'est venu vérifier ni constaté les dégâts. Pour un hôtel de ce calibre avec le prix de la nuitée le rapport qualité prix est décevant. Il y a mieux à faire.

Günstiges Hotel für Zwischenstop in Marrakesch

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück im Ordnung, Page vorm Hotel hilft beim Parken und verladen, Zimmer sauber

L'établissement est très bien situé, on a adoré la propriété et le confort de la chambre. La sdb été parfaite. Le personnel très sympa.

La remise tardive de la chambre. La chambre été prête que vers 15h.

Great location and enough for the price (great staff)

Excellent location, great access to resturants etc Fantastic staff especially at desk and at poolside. The rooms were comfy. Not the largest yet enough as we were on holiday to explore. The pool upstairs on the roof was a great getaway and enough for a refreshing dip.

The fact that my son wasn't allow to fill his water bottle at breakfast time didn't sit well with me as a father or as a guest. That was hugely disappointing as far as hospitality goes. Still not a bad enough experience to not stay again or not recommend.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Posizione strategica: a metà strada tra la Medima e praticamente tutta la zona nuova. Volendo si può gestire tutto comodamente a piedi. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e molto comoda la piscina nella terrazza per rilassarsi.

Un po' rumoroso soprattutto la notte abbiamo sentito molto caos e rumore dalle altre stanze. Anche se questo purtroppo ovviamente non dipende dall'hotel.

Lovely and very helpful staff in a good location and with good facilities.

Very good location for the airport and for getting easily into the heart of Marrakesh.

The bed was a bit difficult to sleep in so maybe a little uncomfortable and there were some unsafe looking light switches for the bathroom mirror so didn’t use them.

Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Personal sehr nett. Balkon. Interieur. Frühstück. Alles in allen zufriedenstellend. Liebe Grüße an Oussama - sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!

Dusche etwas angegriffen von Kalk. Seifenschale kaputt - konnte ich reparieren. Tür vom Kühlschrank müsste repariert werden. Ansonsten alles gut!

Custo benefício e localização.

Gostei muito do tamanho do quarto. Da cama super confortável e enorme. O pequeno almoço estava bom, nada espetacular.

A casa dele banho é pequena em relação ao quarto. Box não fechava direito e a água que ficava quente e fria ao mesmo tempo. O wi-fi é péssimo, quase não consegui usar. Não tinha sinal no quarto. Tinha que ficar a porta para usar.

j'ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel,la situation centrale de l'hôtel

juste quelques remarques pour justifier la différence entre bien et très bien:il n'y avait pas de bouilloire dans les chambres,le ménage n'avait pas été fait pendant une journée dans une des chambres;quant au petit-déjeuner il était relativement copieux mais le pain était de mauvaise qualité et le beurre mou presque liquide;ce ne sont que des détails mais faciles à corriger pour améliorer sa note

Rien.

Le bruit constant de toutes les chambres. Le petit déjeuner pauvre, dans un petit espace et avec très peu de choix et le tout d'une faible qualité. Le double lit simple inconfortable. L'air conditionné dysfonctionnel. Salle de bain pittoresque. Pour combler le tout, je demande au réceptionniste de nous réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport. Il me demande de le payer sur place en cash, je refuse. Sans confirmation de sa part, j'appelle la société de taxi qui m'annonce une course à 40DH au lieu de 150 demandés par le réceptionniste. Quelle honte.

Muy bien

Hotel muy bien ubicado en la zona nueva de Marrakech, alrededores tranquilos y seguros con varias tiendas y restaurantes. La medina no queda lejos a 10 minutos en taxi o 20 a pie. Destacar el personal por su trato, han estado siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y muy amables. El buffet es variado y muy bueno y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Lo volvería a elegir sin duda alguna.

En riktigt bra vistelse på hotell Almas och givetvis i Marrakech.

Särskilt uppskattade vi läget. Vi har rest till Marrakech många, många gånger och föredrar att bo i Gueliz, nära bra restauranger och ändå ha medinan och soukerna på bekvämt gångavstånd. Almas har ett perfekt läge. Annat som vi uppskattade var takterrassen, en lugn oas efter en dag på sta'n.

Frukosten. På tok för mycket sött till frukosten. Det gäller brödet (mest croissanter, pain au chocolat etc och alldeles för lite nyttigt bröd), söta marmelader, sötad yoghurt, sötade flingor. Jag har diabetes typ 1 och ibland fick jag nöja mig med ägg och en kopp kaffe till frukost.

Friendly staff, great location, lovely small gestures

The hotel is nicely located and easy to find with the car and satnav. Check-in was seamless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a buffet and offers a variety of both Continental and Moroccan options. For anyone looking for a "full English" you're out of luck (!) but try the Moroccan items - they are so tasty! Mafrouk in particularly good with honey. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to say we were on a late honeymoon (married in December) and they kindly decorated the room, including petals on the bed - this small kind gesture made all the difference to the overall experience. There is also a rooftop pool, which we didn't get to use as we were in Marrakech just on night and wanted to make the most of the city.

The 'onsite carpark' was a good 15 minutes walk away.

I spent three nights and had a very good experience with the staff. They helped to find a camel ride in the Oasis Palmer

The staff is very kind,the location is 8 min walking from the train station and 4 min from the main boulevard in Gueliz with a lot of stores,restaurants and a mall. Medina is 25-30 min walk.

In a convenient place, nice roof top area ( pool and deck chairs) with a great view to the mountains.
