جيدة لا يوجد تجاوب من بعض الموظفين خاصة مشكلة صوت المكيف العالي

صوت المكيف عال جدا ومزعج وتواصلت مع الموظف في الاستقبال ووعدني خيرا وأمضيت ليلتين ولم يفعلوا أي تغيير أو صيانة وأبلغتهم عند الخروج حتى يزعج مقيم جيدين ووعدوا خيرا

Great staff with a smile always. Thank you everyone

Second time stay and I’ve really enjoyed it. All the staff very friendly and always ready to help out with a smile.

Maybe a little mix up on the days at the bar with some international performance like before. At least two night on a week could be good to have a small band playing other kind of music. Arabic music is very nice and the performers were very good. But to stay one week and be seeing same dancers and more or less same music not so good. But enjoyed all of it.

un hotel de nota 10!!

hotel exceptional, micul dejun foarte variat, locatia ok (departe de centru dar taxiul nu este foarte scump si obicetivele sunt departe, oriunde v-ati caza e nevoie de taxi) personalul minunat!!! in ultima zi ne-am predat camera la ora 12.00 si am avut posibilitatea sa ramanem la piscina pana la ora 18,30 cand a venit shuttle bus sa ne ia spre aeroport.

Fab Apt Stay

The location is just apt, bus stop is within few meters which can be taken for metro though that is also walkable. The staff will help you with a local cab too if you dont want hotel cab, breakfast spread is huge and very good, spacious clean rooms.

Cannot pin point on any particular thing as we had a fab stay.

OK to stay, but I rate this faded hotel hardly worthy of its stars.

Upgrade to club level was offered. Good buffet breaksfast.

The club level was too busy with kids. The club lounge had limited opening hours. The entire hotel looks and feels dated, from both architectural and maintenance points of view. While the first one is a difficult one to easily change, the second one can be dealt with. Bad use of spaces, nothing up to date or even with a feel of being upgraded. F&B: only 1 evening restaurant, again, wrong use of spaces. 1 bar at lobby level, "Harry's", is a smoky dive and best not visited. A pool bar is open to 2 AM and doubles as a windy shisha venue with hardly any atmosphere. A very limited wine selection, and no sweet wines available.

Very dated, my room hadn’t been decorated for a long time, plaster was falling off walls, carpet was really filthy and bathroom was broken in various places. Room had obviously been a smokers room at some point too, even though I selected non smoking.

Staff at the front office and restuarants were very vordial and helpful

Cleaning wasnot good. Especiall the comode toilet . Didnt give a thoruogh cleanup. The cleaning was not professional The olets in the restuarants needs frequent cleaning

Will not come back.

Breakfast was good. Location was a little far from cbd but it was what I was after. Easy to access by public transport and or taxi.

1. The room had a strong smell of smoke. 2. Staff didn't help with changing the room, they also did not care enought to investigate the issue. Despite my call to the reception 3 times. 3. First time I have seen a hotel has the shortage of toilet paper. 1.5 days without toilet paper and or tissue. I was not sure what was expected for guests to do. 4. We reveived 1 towl for 4 people. 5. The silver lid for the room service (fruit salad) had half dry katch up on it. 6. The staff at the concierge down stairs would make you feel very welcomed but at the reception everything they do is like they are doing you a favour. I.e my key card didn't work. I donot think it is unreasonable to reprogram the key card. Or ask for water that was supposed to be in the room anyways. I think hotel should provide room change or refund where the booking clearly says non smoking room

Good location, comfortable stay, great buffet, some services could have been better

Breakfast buffet was massive with a lot of options.

We were 4 of us in the room, but were given only 2 towels, had to request for more every time. The AC in the room couldn't be controlled for some reason, and hence felt a bit hot sometimes.
