sehr schönes Hotel, würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Lage am Creek-Fluss und die Aussicht ist sehr schön, sehr schöne Promenade zum Spazieren. Das italienische Restaurant auf der 18.ten Etage ist genial, sowohl wegen dem Essen, als auch wegen der sehr schönen Aussicht. Grosses Einkaufzentrum city centre ist fussläufig in ca 10/15 Min. erreichbar

das Buffet ist sehr auf indische Gerichte orientiert, man kann Eiergerichte zum Frühstück bestellen, leider ist es mit einem Man als Koch sehr unterbesetzt und es dauert ewig, bis man seine Bestellung bekommt, man muss an der Theke warten, bis man dran ist und bis es fertig gekocht ist. Es kann natürlich viel besser organisiert werden, indem die Bestellungen aufgenommen und später an den Tisch gebracht werden! Das Service-Personal war leider unachtsam und sehr vergesslich und soll ebenso besser organisiert und geschult werden. Ach ja die Fenster im Zimmer waren leider sehr verschmutzt und es hat die schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss sehr negativ beeinflusst!

The location was good with spectacular views. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially in the Club and the Gusto restaurant where the food was delicious.

القندق ممتاز جدا جدا من ناحيه الغرف و السرير مريح و الستاف جدا رائع الافطار جميل جدا جدا و موقع الفندق ممتاز تقريبا كل الاماكن تاخذ من ١٠ دقائق ايق الى ٢٠ دقيقه

It was great , met all my expectations and we got our money’s worth.

The staff are friendly and polite , the food is good and the rooms are very clean. Our housekeeper was exceptionally nice

The poor area is small , as it’s a popular hang out area, as it has lovely sky views of Dubai. I loved this area.

Great stay

Every thing was perfect ,, the room is big ,, good AC ,, the lights of the room was perfect Lastly, i like how they decorate and divide the bathroom

Its just need a coffee machine with capsules,, this is the only thing missing the room

Very good value for money, you can’t get such a good hotel for this sum in downtown.

Very nice and clean rooms, very high tech, comfortable bed, bathroom very clean and neat, well organised. Very good breakfast, a lot of choices. Very good coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly and really attended to our needs. I had a little accident at the pool and they offered us a free dinner as I got an injury in the pool as one of the little tiles was missing. Nice pool with a nice view to Burj Khalifa

A little far from means of transport and we ended up traveling around by taxi, which wasn’t really cheap.

Perfect in every detail!

1) Very modern and nicely designed interier (decorations, decent lights,...) Some one thought about all the details, 100% 2) You can open window to get fresh air (another glass ahead for safety) 3) Amazing bright rooms, large bathroom with a transparent wall to see daylight 4) Nice, clean pool with view to Burj Khalifa 5) Great restaurants & coffes 6) Very helpfull staffs

Cleaning lady could do better job, but this is not a hotel problem, but person's fail.
