Nice stay

It’s nice hotel for family. No bar and disco in this hotel . Staff are very helpful and cooperative specially pandey and Rohan at reception.

Carry floor Bathroom mat if u booked

Friendly staff of the hotel

No handle towels and bathroom floor mat. If your taking children carry your floor mat as it's vvvvvvv.slippery in from of the bathroom

It’s a great stay as usual and will stay again

Location, big room size and super helpful staff

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and no bath mat is given unless requested.

Nice and enjoyable.

Due to ageing, furniture was not comfortable. Cockroaches can be spotted in kitchen and toilets.

Staff was helpful, quite property. Location of the property is the booking plus point.

Location good plenty of restaurants and shopping around you

Staff rude, pictures not accurate at all, shows balcony but forget it as you cannot use very misleading. Our room was very noisy planes the lifts right next to us, you could here all noises in the hallway. I complained 2 times and they did nothing too help. It was our first wedding anniversary and it was completely ruined by our experience. We decided to check out 4 days early and surprise surprise all of a sudden we were offered different room. Too late and we did not believe there would be a better room anyway. They have refused to refund last 4 days because of no refund policy. No refund policy does not exist if hotel is misleading, rude just poor behaviour all round. Still waiting for a refund but it's in lawyers hands now as they have stopped communicating

My stay was a good one and the services were satisfactory

I really enjoyed my stay, and it made me to even add one more day to my stay… the cleaning guy Juboraj was very good with his job and very polite, most importantly my experience at the reception with Berto was the best! He paid special attention to my details, did his best to make my wife and I happy throughout our stay and he really help my in the process of adding the xtra day to my stay.

The wifi was not good at all we had wifi shortage for e whole complete night and it’s very bad for a hotel as star metro… I had to absent from a zoom meeting cuz I couldn’t connect! I think they should do all the best to avoid such situation to repeat itself again
