I wasn’t happy with my stay especially for the price

The staff was nice

The price the location and the hotel needs some sprucing up. Was disappointed that construction was taking place by the pool .

Zonas húmedas excepcionales, muchos empresarios le usan baji pago anualidad. El personal siempre tiene una sonrisa para compartir. Buffet de desayuno amplio y variado.

Limpieza de vidrios externos para facilitar las hermosas vistas. Lector de algunas puertas sin mantenimiento

Not a good experience. Understaffed, loud and the room was outdated.

Location

Too loud in the room due to multiple events happening the night of my stay. You could hear the music until 4 am. Got no sleep. Breakfast included was a disaster, too many ppl to serve and only a few waiters. Only 1 person at the Egg and Waffle station. Order took 30 minutes to place.

Almost everything was great.

I was hoping to get a beer by the pool but nobody was there. I have to go inside to ask for one and the waiter needs me to call him two times for the same order. That happens around 8pm

Superb

A few days after my return home to San Francisco, I sent an email to Booking.com asking for an explanation or clarification of my bill for the 3 days at the hotel, but I never got a reply. This was a disappointment since the hotel billing office could have at least given me the courtesy of a reply. Other than this, our stay at the Grand Sheraton was a pleasure. I've been there many times and would like to return one day, but this lack of a response puts a damper on things.

Enjoyed my stay & would stay there again

I stayed there to go to the Van Gogh exhibit at the Atlapa Convention Center so the location was perfect - right across the street. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and the other restaurant was also delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like but I did think the rate was a bit high for Panama.
