A place you could stay for an extended period

There was an issue with the room we booked the day we arrived, The Hotel arranged a similar hotel and arranged the transport to and from the other hotel . The room is more like a large fully equipped condo , even including a dishwasher. Staff is very helpful for any question or request you may have in Panama city. Swimming pool is open long hours and the hotel is situated in a building which has super market , a department store and a French Croissant place.

The hotel reception is at the fourth floor and the hotel entrance is at the back of the mall entrance . The Indications to find the reception are not that clear when you arrive the first time.

Everything is fine but the laundry room and AC

The location is great and room is quite nice and new

The laundry room is not cleaned properly AC in the room is too strong and the fan in the bathroom is too noisy ！！！！

Good facility.

I had asked you guys to amend the reservation to 6 nites from 7 i think 2-3 days after i did the booking back in May. You said you woudl contact hotel and the hotel said it was fine in a phone call at some point but they had no idea of it at reception so i had to pay for the whole 7 nites when checked out as per original reservation. The girl at front desk had no record of it being amended and she said i could call but i dont have time now. Didn’t like that. Better I guess in future to book direct with the hotel vs Booking.com to avoid that kind of hassle.

Excellent location for family when a member is hospitalized at Panama Clinic

Booked the hotel because closest to the Panama Clinic. I found the cost very high for an extended stay.

Facility was great but the beds were unacceptable.

The location is ideal. Near two major malls and plenty of restaurants.

The room that I had came with two full size beds, and my wife and I could not sleep comfortable together in the bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds on Mothers Day Weekend.

Very comfortable hotel. Good facilities.

Took ages to check in. They are very busy. Restaurant was too small for the numbers of people. Breakfast was mediocre.

Perfect experience

The room distribution was excellent. We had two separe rooms that made it perfect for our group.

There was no ice machine on my floor and had to go to lobby for someone to authorize me to go to the floor the had the ice machine working.

Very good hotel

We originally requested a corner room. We had to wait until 6ish as someone in the room had late checkout (they did offer a standard room earlier). Once we got into the room, it overlooked the inside of the mall and we felt like there is no privacy. So requested a room change. We got a standard room which was fine. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was huge. Room was clean but housekeeping didn't replenish everything. There was no more coffee the next morning and shower gel ran out too which wasn't refilled. Small things, but they could pay attention to it. Pillows smelled a bit damp. Breakfast was good, quite basic but enough. The rooftop pool was very cozy and nice views. Area is very safe and handy for shopping. I would suggest getting a room above the 5th floor as those don't overlook the mall.

We were put in a room with no view & equipment running outside most of the night.

Just average & was not consistent. Worst coffee I every had considering the beans come from Panama. We stopped eating there after Day 5

Fabulous!

I recommend this hotel to everyone! The location within the complex was ideal! I got my COVID test done at the Panama Clinic plus shopped in the mall. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel a few nights! Very reasonably priced and Alexander was a great waiter! The directions to this hotel are confusing! The main entrance is just beyond the restaurant Texas de Brazil! You will be entering the mall but the hotel entrance PB is on your left! Then you need to take the elevator up to LC where the reception is ! I paid $765 USD for 4 nights! Very good value for a beautiful hotel!

Great affordable rooms, communication from staff could be better.

The room was great and the view fantastic. The location of the hotel inside a small shopping mall was also helpful.

At check in I gave my card to pay, entered my PIN etc. and was under the impression I had paid for my stay at that time. However, on check out when I went to drop off my key, I almost missed my cab to the airport as I was told payment hadn't been taken and needed to do it then which caused a long delay. I am still not clear why I was forced to "pay" twice (only one charge was made) but whatever the reason it should be made much clearer to patrons why their card is being taken and that it's not for the reason they think on check in.

Nice location and beautiful view. Very clean.

The location is good and the hotel is very clean. The room is spacious. The hotel is in a building with a small shopping mall and a supermarket. Also a very nice coffee, pastry and other options to eat there or take away.

Breakfast was limited and not everything was tasty. It was enough but not special. Wish they accepted my request to stay a little bit longer when I explain that my time to go to the airport was in the early afternoon. I didn’t see that they were so full.

Great stay and would book it again any time

- amazing view of the ocean. Comfortable beds , very clean room with kitchen corner (suite) . - great pool on the roof top and pool area . - super professional and friendly staff , and very welcoming

- pool area : it needs a bit of sunshade and the cushions could be replaced
