No matter these inconveniences we enjoy our stay and will be back expecting things will improved,.

Breakfast was good and also dinner. Location is excellent to take taxis and the Metro system. Also to walk around the Cinta Costera.

Plumbing: in two occasions we experienced trouble with malfunctions in the toilet and the washing hand station. Knobs are too tight and water do not stop and you can hear drip all night long.

Good for a shot stop

The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

The windows are not closing well. The hairdryer is a mess.

Si no saben hace hojaldré por favor no lo incluyan en el menú

El personal es muy pedante, mínimo estábamos pidiendo limosna, a la hora de llamar para pedir información… no nos dieron la información bien y cuando llegamos todo era diferente… el area social el piso todo sucio… No me vuelvo alojar ni lo recomiendo

The bed was clean, the roof area and pool are the highlight and match the photos.

The room had almost nothing but 4 walls and a bed. Not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel. The grout was black everywhere and the floor wasn't clean (walking barefoot, dirt kept sticking to my feet) The shower set up was weird to say the least and there was no lighting so almost like showering in the dark. (Whatever little light came through the shower door). Feel like I paid for the roof views but the room was really not worth it.

I would not stay here again. More like a 2 star hotel.

The restaurant had good food and kids enjoyed the pool while we ate.

No hot water, cockroach, and terrible location

very clean, comfortable, great location to transportation and walking distance to the cinta costera.

we was told we can not bring food from outside to the room, because they have theirs own restaurant.

Very good

Room was Clean and it is very centric, close to Casco Viejo and you the Metro station is steps away.

The parking spots are very limited and small. One bad maneuver and you end up scratching your car or damaging other vehicles.

Good location but not super comfortable stay

The room looked nice and the sheets were fairly clean except for some small colored stains

I saw a cockroach, the pillows were extremely hard, and the AC wasn't working well

Hôtel well placed in the center

Well placed close to Casco Viejo and the sea. The view from to the swimming pool is quite impressive.

The room was not well equipped. Not enough lights (one close to the bed was broken). At least we were not staying in the room

A good inexspensive hotel downtown Panama

We arrived extremely late and got a not so nice room. The next day we were moved to another room which was totally acceptable. Breakfast , drinks or snacks on the roof with a dipping pool was great. The staff especially the doorman were great and El Heffe had a great sense of humor

The area around the hotel was not the greatest but we never felt threatened.
