Cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas les 3 étoiles, c’est une arnaque.

La propreté

On n’avait quasiment jamais d’eau chaude. Le personnel nous dit soit disant que c’est parce que tout le monde se lave en même temps… Ils disent utiliser un système écologique mais je dirai plutôt que leur but est de faire des économies en coupant totalement le gaz à plusieurs moment de la journée. C’est totalement inadmissible dans un hôtel surtout quand on paye ce prix là…

Fantastic. A hidden gem in Rome

The staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was fantastic, very clean. The marble floor was so white and clean you could see your face. We loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean, but beds were uncomfortable

We arrived to the hotel around 9:30am and we were able to leave our luggage there until our room was ready, about an hour later. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a map and showed us all the places that we could go and visit. The elevator was only big enough to fit myself, the lady from the front desk, and our 3 suitcases (S, M, and L), so my husband and 10 year old son had to wait until we got off to take it upstairs. However, the fact that it even had an elevator was a huge plus! We stayed in Room 306, which had 1 Twin bed, and a Queen size bed. It was spacious enough for all 3 of us and very clean. The wi-fi worked really well and it was only about a block away from the Termini train station. We didn't experience any noise, whatsoever, whether from the street or from other rooms.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the beds were uncomfortable. We could feel the springs, in the mattress, on both beds.

The staff was very friendly and gave clear, helpful instructions. The location was very convenient, around 3 minutes away from the railway station. The TV screen was big and connected to Internet, with installed Netflix and DAZN. The window was facing the inner yard, so it was quiet when the window was open.

When neighbours took shower or turned on ventilation in their bathroom, it was as loud as if it was in our own room. Amount of shower gel was not enough for 2 persons × 3 nights (given only 3 sticks at the beginning of the stay, not replenished afterwards).

I really liked how the owner was very welcoming and the location was ideal as it has access to everywhere.

One of the receptionist wasn't so nice, our A/C wasn't working but they didn't try to fix it. There was no hot water on the last day at night, they said it will take an hour to get back but it was inconvenient.

staff treatment was average, except for the smily receptionist during the night shift. cleaning staff tried accessing the room 8 am, while we r still sleeping! No privacy at all!

The location is very good, also the staff was very friendly. They cleaned the room every day and had changed the all towels.

Definitely the room was very big for only one small trash bin in the bathroom. No other things , everything was fine.

The hotel is in a great location, one minute walk away from the the train station, metro and airport bus drop off point which was ideal to get all around the city and back to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean with very friendly staff who were most helpful and informative.

There is a telephone right outside the bedrooms in the hallway which is linked to the reception desk. It rang a few times in the early hours of the morning and it is quite loud and woke us up both nights. This is the only thing we weren’t keen on, otherwise the property was exceptional.

Exceptional

The man who checked me in intuitively knew what I wanted visiting Rome, and immediately showed me a map, and explicitly stated that Rome is a city that is much better to walk in. This made my stay so much better, cutting out a bunch of public transit.

There was quite a bit of outside noise that made it into my room.

not bad but not the best - fair for the price though.

the rooms were light and modern. loved that we had a big tv that you could get Netflix on. big shower.

no phone to ring reception with any questions. no full length mirror. I only asked reception 1 question about how to make the shower colder - they said they would come up to look but didn’t.

The staff were extra friendly. The room had aircon.

Lobby was undergoing renovations, the noise was heard from our room at the 5th floor. The wifi we were able to connect to did not have any internet access.

Perfect location to get a morning intercity train.

I liked the fact that this hotel was the perfect location for us to get train to Venezia the next morning. We literally walked to the Termini station within 10mins.
