Relaxing stay, loved having a great beach 2 mins away

Location was good, very convenient for the beach and local shops, places of interest etc. Also, the area was very quiet considering the amount of people around. The place was very clean and the arrangements for entry were quick and easy

Double bed was a little small but OK. The sofa bed was uncomfortable (in fact it was more comfortable sleeping on the actual couch). No washing machine.

Beautiful house great parking everything you need supplied very comfortable all round great

The balcony never actually gets any sun which is sad as it has a lovely view over the beach. Porth itself is very sleepy nice pub on the beach though

Perfect home from home and great value

The facilities in the kitchen were more than expected and the cleanest we have ever seen for a holiday accommodation. Overall the comfort, cleanliness and the space within the apartment were perfect. Porth Veor Villa and Apartments is situated in an ideal location. Excellent value for money- you will definitely not be disappointed. Customer satisfaction level - beyond Excellent!!

Very good

The pool with warm water was much appreciated by especially the kids. It was also a good size to play. The villa's are well equipped, the bathroom and bedroom are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside space for eating and evening drink.

the space downstairs was darker than expected, especially as there is no daylight coming through the back window.

Clean apartment, crisp white sheets, perfect location, bar available in hotel, beach 5 mins walk, convenient allocated parking space, friendly staff, ideal base for travel around Cornwall. Could not have chosen a better accommodation for our holiday with family and a friend visiting from abroad!

Excellently placed, great apartment, pathway to the beach, heated pool was lovely. All amenities needed in the apartment. Hotel breakfast can be booked and was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Easter break, would love to visit again in summer to enjoy more of the outdoor pool!

Spacious for a family of 3-4 members, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, good location to cover most of the famous beaches in Cornwall and close to Newquay town centre. Very friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Location was great. Breakfast was brilliant , staff very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived villa was very cold and took a few days to heat up however ,after a few days the villa was very warm. Suggestion would be for the heating to be turned on before arrival.

lovely apartment, but very cold, and poor wifi connection.

well equipped, clean and spacious apartment. it's right next to the beach and the area is very Serene.

very poor wifi, the children could watch Netflix etc without it connecting. te apartment was freezing, the first night we slept in our coats because the heating was off. The staff turned it on the following day, but it was still very cold, we used the coooker to heat the flat.

Exceptional

It was an amazing place, a selection of family and friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We went for my husbands 40th birthday and it being on New year's day, we spent New Years eve there. A great place for all of us to congregate with adults and children. So close to Porth beach and close to all amenities.

Superb accommodation. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern comfortable villa tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you need for self catering accommodation. Had visit from member of staff with gifts to welcome us which was a lovely gesture .
