Excellent beach family location.

Excellent. I would differentially visit again . We got a Taxi straight from Newquay station. The open plan living, kitchen area was very spacious. Clean and bright . Is much bigger than the pictures. The ground floor apartment we had private patio big enough for private party. And a smaller one up a flight a stairs. You can watch the sea from here , We watched the moon and stars here. For me, felt like being in an 80's music video 💖. Rooms are good size..The house keeping team is very responsive. I called late in the evening. He brought me extra bed linens and bouncy fresh towles. And the young lady adjusted my shower. I am truly impressed. All beds are cosy and smell nice. The sofa bed in the living room opens up and closes up easily. Wi-fi is active. I have teenagers we was out at the beach all the time. Had so much fun boogie boarding 😎 no need for the gym.The beach is just across the road with two cafes both ends. Sand is clean. Porth beach is family friendly. With active life guards. The coastal walks are close by.its a short cut to walk into Newquay giving Fabulous views. And Treveldge point has well marked paths

Great holiday

The scenery was fantastic right on the beach. Even the cold weather couldnt spoil our holiday. The apartment was clean and comftable. The balcony was a bonus.

Kept loosing phone network but was warned about it. We managed.

Lovely family break

Wonderful location right on the beach. Very clean spacious apartment.

Little patio area for Apartment 3 felt quite cold as it didn't catch a lot of sun. To be fair there was a little sun bathing area at the top of the outside stairs but due to mobility issues I couldn't use this facility.

Exceptional

The location, the balcony, the staff at Veor hotel who helped so much, the beach was great for swimming and the access to the hotel pool just made it extra wonderful.

The beach house and porth sands

Clean and spacious, excellent location.

No dogs allowed but pictures of dogs on the walls. Very confusing as when you filter pets allowed the rear property comes up but when you go to book it , it then says in brackets no dogs.

First time in Cornwall which we enjoyed hugely, we would love to return again

Location was fantastic, very comfortable for me and my family with all appliances needed to keep everyone happy!

We found it quite warm in the apartment but nothing we couldn’t handle. Helpful to have a Henry hoover but a simple broom would have been great in addition.

Lovely location right across from the beach. Very nicely appointed apartment with everything that we needed, comfy couches and a well-equipped kitchen. Great family stay.

not a smart tv so couldn’t even log into Netflix and the sky had basic Channels. settee not very comfortable but would be fine on a summer holiday

Our second time in these apartments and everything lived up to our expectations. We booked through Breaks in Cornwall and everything was perfect from start to finish. We can`t recommend these apartments and the service offered highly enough. 10/10 Many thanks.

Great for what we paid and suited what we wanted to do

Layout of apartment was great and very spacious, comfiest bed I've slept in in a long time, kitchen the best equipped I think we've ever had

Bedroom carpets definitely needed cleaning, we knew we didn't have a sea view but didn't expect to be looking at walls with lots of weeds, needs a bit of tlc, doors not closing properly, shower not emptying and kitchen sink leaking. Just small things

nice and wonderful location nice apartment.

The property was nice and the bathrooms , towel’s were great and it had a lovely layout,stunning location. we find a big bag of open peanuts under the sofa that were not ours. The beds were really uncomfortable though and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both of us thought so ,but it didn’t soil our stay. Porth was stunning . Great pub near by The Mermaid with really good food.

Brilliant, we will 100% come back in the school holidays.

I really liked everything, I am unable to find fault, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable sofa, light, bright and clean. Well thought out decor, excellent wifi, parking, lots of towels and comfortable beds, outstanding!

overall very pleased. would definitely stay there again.

no food included in deal. very pleased to have extra ensuite shower room. property has 2 bathrooms not 1 as advertised. property comfortable and warm.

no hairdryer in property. no long-handled broom and pan to sweep floors. 'Henry' vacuum cleaners not very user friendly.

amazing

I really enjoyed how it was at the beachfront and for the price is remarkable. I went with 3 friends and we had a blast definitely recommend this place.

Only problem that we had was that we struggled to find the building.

Right on the beach, modern apartment with all the facilities you need.

It isn't obvious when you first arrive from the instructions how to get in, once you realise you have to use an entrance to the rear/ side the key safes are inside by each apartment it is easy. Its such a shame the same apartments are 3 times the cost per night in the summer months.

Wonderful beachside location, warm cosy apartment
