Good location

Usual standard and facilities for a guest house. Parking was good which is a big plus in Newquay. It is within walking distance from beaches and town centre . There's a bus service at the end of the road to Truro city and Newquay centre

It's a long time since I've seen a TV that small. But weather was good so I was out most of the time

Lovely B&B

From first arriving, we were made to feel very welcome. The room was comfortable with everything we would need for a lovely 3 night stay. The breakfast was hot and very tasty. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely be back again. Many thanks to our hosts for a fabulous stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Warm Friendly Host Jon/Karen that makes VacationHome and Everything Great!

Host was Super, Friendly , Client Centric and committed host. On our last day, Jon and Karen even pack Food for our drive back to London. Wonderful warm stay. Must return to this Best Host, HIghly Recommended.

Friendly welcome!!

Our hosts were excellent. A warm welcome, very friendly and hospitable. A large breakfast was made to order everyday. Nothing was too much trouble. They shared their knowledge of the area thus enhancing our stay.

Lovely B&B, run by a super friendly couple, had a lovely time

Breakfast was fantastic. Choice between a full english breakfast (or vegetarian) or cereals and yoghurt and fruit, or pretty much any combination of the above. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and Jon and Karen were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay

The room wasn't massive, bit lacking in storage to put clothes away, but I think that's because this was a part of a much larger holiday, so we had a lot of clothes and stuff. The room is really just for sleeping and washing, you can use the space downstairs if you want to watch TV or play board games

Lovely area, lovely host, if the bed was new we’d of definitely returned.

The host was very friendly approachable and very welcoming. The conservatory was a lovely; bright airy space and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The host was helpful and gave good advice on local area and facilities.

Whilst the host was friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t expect to purchase the Children’s butter for their breakfast so a little taken back! However, the main problem was the master bed which kept us all awake every night with its constant creaky noise every time we moved or turned over. Woke every morning feeling very very tired and untested. We pulled the bed from the wall on third night as husband was worried the joining room must also be affected.

Lovely small b&b with the most friendliest staff.

I arrived late on the first night so i did loose a night. The staff completed my request of birthday banners and petals which a small charge which was lovely of them. The whole house was nice and clean! Quick communication prior and throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you
