Amazing Boutique Hotel

Everything is precisely thought and the service is one of the best i have ever seen. The room is amazing and huge, with a lot of top tier details. The complimentary amenities at the room and the afternoon drinks and canapes is the icing on the cake. i also loved the indian-african restaurant from the hotel. The location is the best in town.

I stood six nights at the hotel and for my length of stay i think the breakfast menu was a little short, it could have more options.

Was upgraded to a room with fab view. Fireplace in my bedroom, clean beautifully appointed. room

Perfect quiet location, a stone throw to the lake and cafes Breakfast was 5 star Very efficient friendly staff Loved the gas fire, perfect for the Autumn temperatures.

Superb

Beautiful rooms with comfy beds and a toasty warm gas fire. The bathroom was stunning with shutters that could be opened to look out over the views while having a bath. Very convenient location right in the city centre and less than 1 min walk from the lake.

The compromise that comes with the great location is that the property is right next to a (great) bar that can get a bit noisy at nighttime.

Room was very nice and spacious. Staff were lovely.

No view, and room was very noisy at night. Lots of party noise from neighbouring pubs that woke us up. Wouldn’t go back for this reason.

Location was great, short walk to everything, room was perfect with a fireplace at the touch of a button. We had a wonderful time.

bible in the cupboard feels unnecessary and is not inclusive. gym separate to hotel and was closed on public holidays

perfect would love to stay again!!

it was right in the Centre of town, over looking the beautiful church and vicarage. staff were friendly and even left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate to celebrate our special day. we had an amazing breakfast at a lovely restaurant the next morning that was exceptional

it was a little noisy because it was in the centre of town and a Friday night there was a bit of noise. the room was also super warm which meant we needed to open the windows/doors as we couldn’t get the temperature down enough with the air conditioning

Wonderful staff and facilities

Hotel restaurant was closed which meant a short walk to the sister restaurant. Fine for able bodied people…a bit of an adventure for the elderly

The elevator was not in service, didn’t suit us as we had my elderly mother who struggled with the stairs. We were not informed prior to arrival.

Very good ammenities but not worth the price tag

The breakfast at The Grille was amazing, the minibar was great and was replenished twice a day. Staff was friendly and fixed any concern.

The price for the stay was too much for what you got. The laneway suite was very loud at night with the bar playing loud music.

it was a great location, great room and so well located, loved it.

Coffee was good and the location and ambience was excellent, the staff were friendly!

Breakfast was really quite bland and choice limited, prefer to have fresh fruit. Staff changed every day so no one remembered who we were and it is always nice to be greeted with would you like same coffee as yesterday.

A small thing. For two nights our beds were turned down and the mini bar topped up but not the third!

The whole experience was amazing.

Not knowing about the meal voucher prior to arriving, we ended up not using it because we had already booked in at a restaurant for dinner.

A luxurious room with friendly and accommodating staff.

Delicious breakfast and brilliant location. Very spacious and loved the big deep bath! Friendly staff. A nice touch with the nightly turn down service and freebies in the fridge and snacks.

Will not return.

Instead of turning broken objects around you should replace. Grout around fireplace had cracking. The ac wasn't as cold as it could be.

Upon close looking bottle lid behind picture, objects turned around cause they we broken.
