Review after a night stay

At a walkable distance from the bus stop. Around 15 minute walk.

The facility was I think basically a hotel and then turned into apartments. Don't assume that you are booking an apartment but a hotel with a small shelf as a kitchen. To always enter a room you need to enter a pin which after a while turns very annoying. The kitchen is way too small. Overall highly disappointing.

Tolle Unterkunft, großer Balkon, Fußweg zu See sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage, schnell zu Fuß in den Park und an den See. Großer Balkon, Kühlschrank bei Anreise kalt, deutsches Fernsehen. Dusche klein aber heiß und stark, alles sauber. Spülschwamm, Spüli und Trockentücher da. Kleiner Laden in der Waffenplatzstr. hat tägl. bis 23h geöffnet.

Für zwei Personen nur eine Bettdecke, Zwei tolle Duschtücher, aber nur ein kleines Handtuch für Zwei. Keine Beschreibung wo man in der Nähe Essen gehen oder bestellen kann. Fußweg von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle zieht sich mit Koffer ganz schön.

Zurich flat

The flat was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The wifi was working with no interruptions. The instructions sent were very clear on how to enter the building and the flat.

No instructions were given on how to open the windows... it took us a couple of days to figure it out ... Also, no information was given on what to do with the recycling.

It was very easy to check in and access the building. The hosts sent all the info we needed and everything went smoothly.

An overpriced apartment designed by someone who doesn't care about their guests' comfort

The location was very good for our needs (but we were not tourists), as it is located in a quiet and friendly residential area. The kitchen was okay - not perfect, but it had the essentials for cooking. The apartment is also spacious.

This is their largest apartment in the building, so it is on the upper floor directly under the roof (which makes it very hot, as there is no A/C). The apartment has many windows, but the blinds are all semi-transparent, making it impossible to darken the space. It was impossible to go to sleep until well after sunset (not ideal for a family with a toddler, to say the least!), and since it's summer we were all up very early - so this apartment is only for those who are looking for a short night sleep during specific hours... In addition, the check-in was specified as 15:00 - we were there at 15:15 and the cleaning lady just started to clean... so we were not able to get our stuff into the place until approx. 16:30.

Its was a good experience

Everything was really good and clean and the location was amazing and secure

The TV didn’t worked properly and the WC in the toilet was so small and next to the shower border . I hope they consider to add more space for the WC as it will be really helpful for the guests

The management needs to understand customers pain points

Room was clean and well equipped. It was spacious too.

Lack of resources to understand how the room/apartment functions, for example the blinds in the room were something I have never seen no rode to rotate and c no automation it was just a wheel/pulley which you need to rotate to open the blinds and here comes the funny part, I have no idea how to close them.. checked on YouTube, searched on Google nothing then called the visionapartments team and the gentleman at the other end very politely heard my issue and could not help as the staff was not there and told me earliest someone can come to help was next morning, just imagine in zurich where sunlight is there till 9.30PM and comes up again @5:44-6 am how can someone sleep with blinds open. The gentleman empathized with me but could not help.. raised the same issue on booking.com chat option team replied and declared there will be switchers near window but again nothing helpful .. after trying for 2 hours figured out you need to press the opposite end of pulley and then pull the thread.. One more thing could not locate lift in the building so incase you are old and Carrying luggage please request for room on ground floor else avoid. One last thing there is nothing like ac which can provide cooling in the room, you may request for a fan which will be provided on request.. but it's actually quite warm in zurich in june and impossible to sleep in the heat.

good location nr from bus and tram stop. neat and clean room. very functional kitchen with all appliances and crockery. clean tidy bathrooms.

no lift. no ac(heater is present). they provise fan if u ask. difficult to climb stairs with big luggage bags

Fabulous, if I should go to Zurich again, that’s where I will stay again.

Location is fabulous and the apartment has all the conditions, good kitchen with all the basic things you need including coffee machine. The lady who was cleaning the apartments was very nice.

The only thing to claim is that we had to leave at 10 am but there was no place to leave our luggage as our flight was scheduled for 9pm.

Top! If we go to a city that Vision has a budling, we´ll be in it for sure.

Clear, easy and quickly communication

Our neighbours were very noisy in the early morning, their baby was dragging furniture and screaming a lot. But this was in no way the company's fault, you were flawless!
