Ideal stay

The Hotel is lovely very clean and comfortable, quiet location as well , great Breakfast plenty of choice.

The man who checked us in on reception wasn't very pleasant, not what you would expect in a Hotel, also we were woken up by very noisy rubbish collection at 6 am , which was a shame as it was a lovely comfy room .

The breakfast, each time we have stayed it gets worse. Very disappointing as we always book to include breakfast. They need to address this.

Room was clean, modern, love the facts printed on the shower window, is a good read.

Great value for money, would use again.

The staff were really friendly, the hotel exceeded expectations for the price we paid. It was clean and perfect location from the DLR if you are going to a gig at the O2.

Very good value ... exceptional service and cleanliness

The staff were all lovely .. it was very close to the DLR the rooms were bright, squeaky clean and comfortable ... we didn't eat here but we saw the breakfasts and they looked fantastic

Wouldn't rush back!

Excellent breakfast and staff were all pleasant. It was also a very quiet location (which we preferred) although a bit out the way (you can get the train, a five minute walk away, into London and it takes about 10 minutes)

The shower tray was badly stained (looked dirty initially), rooms appear tired with some of the plugs and/or USB sockets not working and I personally didn't find the beds particularly comfortable. I felt it was overpriced given the location and with the rooms needing updating

Beautiful hotel

Staff were so polite and accommodating, I had queried whether they had any special arrangements for birthdays but hadn’t heard back (last minute booking), when my partner and I arrived at the room we were greeted with a special birthday platter of miniature cakes

Nice room nice bathroom

Lighting very poor in rooms and bathroom needs to be brighter in bathroom for make up and hair as mirror light didn’t work also t.v needs to be installed a bit better as it over hangs where wardrobe is and I turned around and walked straight into the corner and nearly ripped it off the wall.

Disappointing for a Hilton, staff could have done more, a lot more to be accomadating.

The location was good but absolutely no parking

Further from the O2 than was made clear (via public transport) local amenities closed early or not “local” BUT it was go

It was boujee… Staff were friendly and helpful… Later checkout than expected so able to have a lay in etc… It was clean and well kept…

Viewing deck was advertised, however, it was closed and only accessible with a member of staff available to stay with you while up there (I under why but also felt that if there are 2/3 people supervision wouldn’t be necessary)… Couldn’t figure out how to open the windows… it wasn’t clear if we could just sit in the bar and chat without purchasing anything (when it was quiet)…

I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel.

I like the decoration and furnishings throughout the hotel. The breakfast had a lot to choose from.

There was a disturbance during the early hours of our first morning by neighbouring guests. Lots of shouting and loud confrontation.

Enjoyed my stay & thought the staff,facilities,breakfast choice,facilities excellent.

Location suitable for visiting family & handy for LCY Airport. Lovely view overlooking Vilage Square,Catherine Grove. Room clean & roomy. Staff VERY friendly,courteous. Asked for disabled chair & bathmats & delivered immediately. Staff very smiley & attentive.

The wet room didn't suit. The whole bathroom floor got wet even if the non disabled person had a shower. Handrails not positioned appropriately. Very slippery marble floor. Would have preferred a 'low rise' shower with a door but obviously a wheelchair user could not use this. Had to use towels to dry floor. Staff very good at replacing soaking towels.
