Hidden gem, would definitely stay again.

Great location. Friendly welcoming staff greet you when you arrive. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and the bedding smelt amazing. The facilities were perfect with mini kitchenette. The bed was super comfy and the room was so quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything not to like.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room when we arrived and use of kitchenette. Most staff at front were friendly. The hotel was quiet which was nice.

I was there for 2.5 weeks. I didn’t like having to ask multiple times for garbage to be cleared from bin in room. Bed linen changed twice in 2.5 weeks. Having to ask for towels to be changed after 5 days and then getting stained towels, towels with holes and no bath mat. Some staff at front say hello as one walks in and some don’t. Often nobody is out front and one needs to look for them, wait or awkwardly call out “ hello” into room off lobby.

Location probably number one. But everything in general.

Dishwater was mouldy in areas of the seals. Due to it constantly being g wet and not allowed to dry. Had to keep it closed to avoid the smell.

Sauber und bequem aber das war es dann schon

Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall sauber als wir ankamen und von der Ausstattung her hatten wir fast alles was wir gebraucht haben. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich. Lage war sehr praktisch, da sie sich zwischen zwei Bahnhöfen befindet mit einer Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Tür.

Wir haben leider einiges zu bemängeln: 1. Es sollte eine 24 Stunden Hilfsdienst über WhatsApp geben aber diese hat gar nicht funktioniert. Als wir es angespochen haben, hieß es, dass eine Plattform geben sollte aber es sei alles intern und nichts bekannt. Nicht sonderlich hilfreich! 2. Mikrowelle ohne Anleitung: sehr gefährlich! Wir hätten uns auf jeden Fall eine kompetente Erklärung gewünscht, weil sonst ein Feuer sehr leicht hätte verursacht werden können. 3. Fenster konnten nicht richtig eröffnet werden. Auch gefährlich und versucht schlechte Luft, weil Stoßluften nicht möglich ist 4. Mitarbeiter wirkten unfreundlich und inkompetent 5. Nur ein Teelöffel 6. Zimmer zu klein für 2 Personen 7. Kaum Platz zum Kochen

Overall we are happy with our stay especially the friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Greenwich station.

We didn’t realize we booked a room that’s intended for a disabled person. So the shower arrange was a bit odd to us.

Great place to stay, detached parking was the only ‘niggle’.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment, helpful friendly and professional staff and easy to find. Next door is an excellent Turkish restaurant but there are other choices within walking distance

No parking outside on arrival, if you find parking on the property side of the road you are facing the wrong way to drive to the detached parking. It can be a very busy road, so turning round needs patience. The road is also noisy so keep your windows closed.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay - lovely staff. Perfect location if you are keen to stay in Greenwich. Very close to teh station.

Clean and comfy room, but a bit on the small size especially if you need to use the kitchen.

It was very small and impractical to use the kitchen properly. It could benefit from more work surface/bigger table. Too tight a squeeze really with 2 older teenagers.

The hotel provides everything we need and very reasonable price.

It is spacious, clean, air conditioned, blackout curtains, not noisy even face to road, provided all facilities we need, staff are friendly and car park is very secured and reasonable price.

I have nothing to complain.

It was ok. I expected more for the price.

The boy that checked us in had a very difficult time communicating. He seemed confused about everything and didn’t speak English very well. Disappointing after a long trip and the price.

The amazing feel to it, very high end and spec was unbelievable as we're the staff and reception we got. They also cheered us on COYI..!!

Air con was abit suspect, was like a fridge during the day, but a sauna at night...

Very good location, safe secure parking, will definitely use again

Room was clean and well presented, the suprise treats and personal note was a nice touch , parking was safe and secure, 15 minute level walk to Greenwich village and cutty Sark etc. Walked back from Thames clipper at 2300 and felt safe, well lit. Night staff welcomed us back.

Nice hotel in Greenwich

The staff was very friendly and accommodating!!! The hotel gave us a nice gift for our 20 year anniversary❤️ Lovets that there was self service laundry

Good hotel with nice location and kitchen. May seem not clean enough for those who stay four or less days.

The staff was fantastic, especially the person who was on duty during the shift on 13 May (night) 14 May (day) (sorry to not to remember his name). He ordered us a taxi to the airport, came to our room to wake us up in the morning at 05 am and helped with the luggage. Location of the hotel is nice, very close to DLR and Greenwich rail station. In close walking distance to Cutty Sark Pier, and main Greenwich attractions (15 mins). There’s a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped, with small table in the center of the room.

Cleaning is done once in four days only, and our shower had problems with water going away. The reception people asked us to write to a manager via whatsapp about this, but we were leaving early in the morning and coming back late, and decided to not to spend time waiting for a plumber. At some point it looked like someone checked the shower when we were away, but it was still full of water very soon.

Lovely stay

The location is great as it is very close to both bus stops, overground, and underground stations. It is also very close to a variety of restaurants and you will be spoilt for choices. The room is spacious and comfortably fit 3 adults and a child.

It's hard to navigate to the underground parking through the hotel and you have to access the parking through the street.
